My experience with this location was nothing less than satisfactory. Special shout out to Jeffery H, the nice gentleman that drives the motorcycle, and the ladies that also work here. I was greeted promptly, and treated very nice from the entire staff. It was early in the morning on a Friday, and the customer service is worth bragging about. This was my first time utilizing U-Haul for a move and I’m glad I picked this location. The gentlemen that arrived early were very helpful and patient with me. Any question I had they answered without being annoyed or dismissive. They were friendly and understanding. Overall great experience. It’s been a week and I couldn’t forget to give them a 5 star review. From renting the truck to returning it, I had no issues or setbacks. I greatly appreciate you all guys, thank you so much for your help with my transition! Happy holidays and stay the same!

They used my wifes card without authorization, when we called them to get it credited it back, they double billed us instead of crediting our account. They finally credited $275 back, but the other $475 was never credited back. When we got into our unit a week ago, water had damaged and messed up our furniture, and some other items of high value. Such as my General Contractor study guide,.tiling design books, pictures we can never get back.

Rented a car haul, and dam near had to beg for help loading the car, poor customer service will never be back to this location,first employee told me there was no one on duty to help me load the car, I caught the second employee outside and asked her she told the first employee to help and they complained the whole time until I gave that 20 dollar bill

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE specifically from the “manager”. Difficult return process (trust me this isn’t my first time using uhual) and despite being told that I was going to be charged $179.01 I was charged $284.02. I have gone back up there and called numerous times to resolve. I now have to dispute the charges with my bank….WORST UHUAL EXPERIENCE.

Called before coming in to see if they had gas or propane tank refill. The girls just said ain’t got none. Then just walked inside. Didn’t even try to acknowledge that. I am a customer and I was trying to get service and I walked into ask for more information. There was a lot of customers waiting, and for front attendance were just talking to themselves about their personal life. Not Work related. You guys need to be more aware of who you hire. People actually come to spend money Place is very unprofessional.
