Thank you so much Cherokee Animal Hospital Staff and Dr. Green. Our 15 week old bulldog Nero was sick. He wasn’t his normal self and we noticed he seemed to have a gut ache. I travel for work but live less than a mile from the hospital. First time customer. When I heard Nero was sick I called from the road (Friday before Labor Day) hoping to get him seen. The staff was so nice and even though they were booked they were able to get our baby in. Our children took Nero in and the staff was extremely detailed with explanations and pricing. Dr. Green spoke to us and explained Nero’s test results and treatment plan. The paperwork we received and instructions were clear and detailed. It has been only 3 days and Nero is back to his old self (maybe a tab bit naughtier than before ?). Don’t know what caused his tummy issue but the medicine is working wonderfully. Thank you for treating our family! You have gained a client for life.

Dr Bryant is the best. Very experienced, knowledgeable and kind to us and our dogs. The entire staff are always attentive and courteous. EVERY experience has been positive, comforting. We couldn’t recommend Cherokee Animal Hospital and all its Vets more highly.

Way to many thing good things to say about this practice. I will give a few of the short versions. I can’t tell you how far back I have been going here with my pets but Lucita is now almost 14 and has never been anywhere else. Opie is gone now, but while boarding he became very ill ( he was 16 and this was expected) Dr. Bryant not only constantly called me with updates but she took him home with her to care for him. I was not charged for that extra love. I have over the years worked with each Caregiver in this practice all are kind, compassionate , and sincere in the care they show for animals. From the front desk to the back , to the doctors. I wouldn’t trust my pets ( who are like babies to me ) to anyone else.

I’ve taken my pets to this vet for many years. Dr. Jenkins has always been kind and upfront about the care for my doxies. She always listens to every issued I have and gives multiple options and recommendations. They provide estimates before scheduling necessary procedures. During surgeries, the staff texts/calls throughout to provide updates and reassurance for my little fur babies recovery. I will continue to take my dachshunds here to see Dr. Jenkins and highly recommend her and the staff!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcome. Fuji got so much love and pets from each person we interacted with and was very relaxed while we waited for her prescriptions in the room. Dr. Green was very thorough and answered all my questions, even returning my call after our visit with another about medication. I also appreciate the follow up appointment being scheduled to check up on the progress of her treatment.

The staff here has been amazing! We moved to Canton, GA, in 6/19 & needed to find a vet for my 3 senior citizens. I heard great things about them from our cat sitter so when my youngest got sick & started throwing up this winter I called. They were full up with appointments, but put me in for an emergency appointment. Same thing with today, 6/19/20... My youngest started having issues in her litter box so I called & they got her in on an emergency appointment.

The staff is great, very friendly & kind to both the animals & their fur parents. They give options for treatment.

Addition:

We had to make the tough decision to help one of my Senior cats cross over the rainbow bridge on 8/8/20. Dr. Johnson was great. She was very compassionate & patient with me in helping me make the decision. They gave my husband & me time to spend with our baby both before & after. I appreciated that they made a difficult decision a little easier. Lots of hugs given by the staff to help show their compassion.

I've now had to make the decision to help 2 of my senior cats cross over the Rainbow Bridge. The staff here is very compassionate about these decisions. I've added 2 new younger cats to my family & the full staff has been awesome in taking care of these little girls.

They always are so kind to my babies when they are there.
