Dr. Richie is seriously one of the greatest! Him and his wife are very personable, detailed and super straightforward! LOVE that! They don’t bs you and give you every option. Even my loud -not so friendly- spitbull gave him kisses and love! ? (Very rare and surprising to me!) I recommend them to everyone!

After I found a rescue dog, a friend recommended Magnolia Grove to allow a vet to see how he was. The vet, technicians, and staff were extremely friendly and worked with me every step of the way to get my new (old) dog back to good health. I would strongly recommend this vet clinic to anyone. I've never been treated better, and I'm sure my dog would say the same if he could .

Our two goldendoodles recently became patients at Magnolia Grove Vet Clinic, and we are so glad we found this practice! Our previous clinic did not allow pet parents to be with their animal when in the clinic, and while the care was good, we were not comfortable with that scenario.
What a difference here at Magnolia Grove! We have had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Sam and Dr. Richie. They are both so personable, and their love of animals is very apparent. They discussed all concerns we had and put us at ease.
Dr. Sam helped get one of our dogs started on a regimen to treat her arthritis, and also explained what types of treatment were available if the arthritis becomes worse.
Dr. Richie was awesome at explaining some benign lipomas that our other dog has, what to watch for and the treatment that would be used if ever needed.
Both our dogs did well with their visits and as pet parents, we were glad to get to remain with them.
Costs are very reasonable, and the entire staff was welcoming. Great job, Magnolia Grove!!

I have been taking my 10+ cats and now a puppy to Dr Ritchie & Sam since they opened. I have always been treated with respect and patience. My animals have received excellent care. For anything serious they have always provided thorough explanations and alternatives.

They did more than any other vet in town would have. I was told my cat, with a life threatening emergency would just have to wait till after hours and drive to Warner Robbins emergency care. And no doubt pay double for it being emergency. This was the LAST PLACEi called in town… i didn’t expect anything different. I was in tears. I had to wait for them to re open after lunch before I called the receptionist said they didn’t have any more appointments available that day, but instead of telling me to wait till after hours emergency animal hospital- the receptionist asked a few quick questions then said “hold on”l the next thing I heard is we can work you in for an additional $50. $50 was the entire additional for an emergency care. My kitty had to stay, but he was well cared for. Was called every morning by the actual vet just to let me know he was doing well. Got to go home early- so not milked for additional days he did not need. Accourding to Google for this issue ( his bladder was obstructed) I should have expected to pay anywhere between $1500 and $4500. The upper end I would not have been able to pay the “ estimate” I was given at Magnolia was less than half of the lowest of those numbers. The actual bill was even lower than the estimated range. By about 20%! What vet do you know that does that? I’ve certainly never seen that. It is a small vet but no long waits and the place was insanely clean. I was allowed to come visit every day. Vet even continued to answer questions along the way. The staff is not the super bubbly fake smile and upbeat personality you get in a normal vet office - these people ACTUALLY and genuinely care more about animals than just the bottom line. From the time you walk in the door, start to finish very genuine people. Walking back to visit my kitty I caught an assistant or two and one of the vets walking by stopping to pet one of the animals. I cannot say anything to recommend them enough. I am grateful. And they just earned ALL our vet business for four animals and anyone else I can refer. Google needs to change the star rating system - this office deserves way more than just five stars!

As always we had a wonderful visit. The entire staff treated us with respect and kindness. Doc Richie always takes the time to come and explain things to me. He is gentle with all of my personal and foster dogs. I cannot say enough kind words about them.

Dr Ritchie and Dr Sam are amazing. They are the only place I will take my babies. Today they met my newest addition to our family. Look forward to them taking care of Sir Nibbles for the rest of his life..

The best Veterinarian I’ve done business with. He’s not about the money he treats you like family. The Vet consulted all my options financially and what was in the best interest for my pet. The office staff is phenomenal and prices where very reasonable, example one Vet wanted to charge me $50 for the same thing he done for $17.
