We moved to the White Mountains recently and needed to established vet care for our golden doodle. Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital provided excellent care and follow up on her rabies shot.
I especially appreciated the vet and assistant got down to doggie level and loved on her before, during and after the examinations.
The waiting area is beautifully decorated and comfortable for pet owners. Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I've only been to 3 different vets, but this one is the best by a wide margin. Every single staff member that I've had any amount of interaction with has been incredibly kind and friendly to both me and my cats.

The waiting lobby is spacious, and I appreciate the separate sections for dogs and cats.

The vet, Meghan Barnes, is very knowledgeable and was great with my two cats. The other employees also handled my cats with great care.

While waiting for the blood work and vaccine administration that took place in the back, I was regularly updated on how my cats were doing, and I appreciated that.

Pricing is very transparent, and they make sure you understand all of the treatment/care that's given. There were no big surprise bills at the end of the visit.

I'm absolutely going to continue going here with all of my pet needs for as long as I live in this area.

I would of thought that someone who invested time and money in becoming a veterinarian would have care and compassion in caring for animals. Obviously not this veterinarian. We cc were a customer for 10 years until owner expressed she did not want us as clients as according to them we were always late. Simply not true. However I reached out to facility several years later in great hopes of Dr Ellis helping one of my felines who was very ill. I expressed I needed help for my feline asked if she could look at my cat who was 12 years old and was told no they could not offer any services. I even expressed if they could please do it for my cat and let go attitude of kicking us out. Sadly enough answer still no. As a result my cat died. We are all still grieving. This just goes to show you with this facility it's about the money and not the well being of people's pets which are there pride and joy! Had this facility helped us my cat would probably still been alive. Thanks for the sorrow and pain which could have been avoided had this veterinarian cared. Should not have a practice if your not willing to have animals best interest. We spent upwards of 5000 dollars with this facility. Sad that because of foolish pride our very well loved cat had to die.

Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital is amazing!! We were on vacation in Greer and forgot a medication for our dog. Aspen Ridge worked with my vet in Mesa and was able to do a one time prescription fill so we didn't have to cut our vacation short. They saved the day!! Thank you to all the folks working on a Saturday at Aspen Ridge!

My wife and I have two golden retrievers who had mated 63 days ago. We noticed a few signs that could have lead to an unhealthy birth so on the 62nd day, we contacted Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital. We explained all of the signs and symptoms we were noticing and they got us in within 2 hours! We were seen by Dr. Jackson and she was incredibly patient and informative. I had a ton of questions and she thoroughly answered every single one. She gave MooMoo an ultrasound showing she was going to have 7 puppies ? She had a vaginal exam to ensure the birth canal was healthy and infection free, which also was supposed to help speed up the labor process. Her temperature dropped and she was dilated, therefore Dr. Jackson didn't see any reason to preform an emergency C-section, thankfully. We took MooMoo home and set her back up in her whelping bed and this morning she gave birth to her first baby boy at 5:50 AM and her last boy at 8:53AM. She successfully gave birth to 5 handsome boys and 2 beautiful girls. We had so much confidence in her, especially after the assistance we received yesterday. We appreciate everyone at Aspen Ridge and we will be returning for all of our animals needs.

Lisa is a very compassionate Front Office employee. I had to put down my JOJO after loving him for 10 years and she and the vet and technician made it a better transition. The doctor was caring and compassionate and my dog died peacefully. They also took care of cremation arrangements.

We had to put my sweet dog down recently after 15 amazing years with her. Dr. Jackson and all of the staff at Aspen Ridge helped us say goodbye to her and were so compassionate and caring. They sent us the nicest card afterwards, personally signed by members of their staff and with her paw prints inside. We love this place and will never take our pets anywhere else.
