I made the appointment on a post like this, and it's everything I expected 100%. They were very nice & friendly when we arrived & my girls loved it. The waiting area for dogs was quite large & it kept them occupied with all the different smells ?while we waited. The exam room was as big as my bedroom. They were very knowledgeable & let me know what different shots were for.
The cost was extremely reasonable, which included the heart worm test. I already made another appointment for Faith for her yearly shots. We'll definitely be back next year, that's if I'm still living in knoxville.

We've been twice for our cat, and both times have been pleasant experiences (for us, at least; our cat isn't as much of a fan, but that's to be expected since he doesn't like going to strange places). The staff is kind and attentive, and the separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs are appreciated, as are the toys and supplies provided in said rooms. The exam rooms are spacious and comfy, and the prices can't be beat, either.

This is a clinic, and not a Veterinary Hospital, so keep that in mind; there are some things they can take care of, and some they can't, and you should be aware of that when you call to ask about making an appointment.

I do wish it was possible to get someone on the phone as soon as you call, rather than leaving a message for a callback, but I understand the need for such a system since the clinic is lightly-staffed.

TL;DR - the positives are numerous, there are almost no negatives, and I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat.

Amazing vet! Very reasonable prices. They have a dedicated cat only and dog only waiting room. When we went back, we were put in a small room with cat toys and cat towers instead of your typical exam room. It was lovely. They came and took our cats back for their exams and brought them right back. Everything was designed to keep out cats as calm and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them!

The more affordable concept is great, which is why we brought my mother's puppy here, but your price quote doesn't include the medicine, and then you get hit with that shocker. The reason for three stars is while getting the puppy's toenail trim...he yelped loudly. I don't know if she trimmed it too close as he had just had his nails trimmed three weeks ago. However, it could've been that his leg was in a bad position he does have a bad hip. But again, that should've been noted.

BROUGHT MY 2 MINI POODLES IN FRIDAY TO BE SPAYED, 1 OF MY LITTLES HAD TO HAVE HER UTERUS TAKEN OUT DUE TO AN INFECTION. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH MY BABIES, VERY INFORMATIVE, THE TECH I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY SWEET, IM SWITCHING ALL THEIR CARE TO THE GENTLE DR NOW. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY GIRL. They done great with my kitten with his shots and with His neuter. Would definitely recommend taking you’re fur babies here. Great prices, friendly and sweet staff. Also the place is clean and set up just for you’re babies.
