Dr Crawford and her team did an outstanding job taking care of my dog Bailey. I would recommend them to anyone. She has excellent bedside manner and I had so much confidence in her and knew she would take excellent care of him. My dog did amazing after surgery and was able to live pain free again. I am so grateful for Dr Crawford. She is an excellent doctor!

VSCG was amazing in helping us with our 14 yr old baby Charlie. We were visiting town for the holidays and our dog Charlie had a horrible episode & was diagnosed with vestibular disease. Ashley was so caring & professional and was able to squeeze us in quickly. We saw Dr. Groman and he was GREAT! Caring, honest and really is there for the animals. We were scheduled for an MRI but Charlie started progressing & doing much better. Dr. Groman gave us his honest & expert opinion and we truly appreciated that he was treating Charlie as if he were his own dog. All of the staff here treats your pet as if they were their own and in my eyes you can't find better care than that. Even the reps that work at the front office, CARE. Thank you VCSG! I wish we had you all in South Florida. If you want the best, most professional & loving care for your furbaby.. look no further!

I really wish I could use my first account to respond to you, but unfortunately, I can’t.

First, whether my pet is critically ill or not cannot be used as an excuse to withhold my pet from me. I don’t care if you are short-staffed; that is not my problem—it is yours. Second, you repeatedly told me to wait “10 more minutes,” and each time, it turned out to be a lie. That is also your problem. If you had told me upfront that I might need to wait an hour or longer, I could have accepted it. However, you chose to deceive your customers. Using the excuse that this is an emergency hospital to justify misleading me repeatedly is unacceptable, and withholding my dog from me is outright illegal. I don’t care if you are short-staffed. This is not my responsibility—it is entirely your fault and responsibility.

You lied to me, making me wait for so long, even though you knew my dog was critically ill. If your delays and stalling prevented me from taking my dog to another hospital for treatment, you are essentially the reason for my dog’s suffering or even death.

Third, regardless of the doctor’s treatment plan, there was absolutely no need for anyone to curse my dog by saying it would die in pain. Moreover, it is not the place of a nurse—or someone unqualified—to say such things to me. It was clearly not a professional or honest explanation but rather a curse. I could see the anger on her face. Although I don’t know why she was angry, I suspect it might be because you didn’t make enough money off of me.

Truly thankful for VSVG’s amazing compassion and care from their staff during this cat mom’s worst nightmare. They came in and saved the day and my kitty cat. They made sure I was informed on all my options as far as both care and finances went, kept me updated on my cat’s status and allowed me to visit her throughout her stay. They nursed my cat back to health and I can’t say thank you or recommend them enough!!

Yesterday evening our family experienced a crisis between our sibling pups. Our veterinary was closed so we called their # for emergencies vet care.
We have never been here but all considering our Lil one needed to be seen immediately!
Once we checked in & filled out paperwork we waited... we arrived around 7pm... more paperwork... we kept asking about our Lil one & requesting to see her to be met w/um let me make sure there isn't other dogs out of their crate... we never saw our Lil one in this crate nor the IV & nor the medicine supposedly given her.
A vet came in once & did not know which one of our kids was the aggressor or the one in need, so when she spoke of our Lil one as if she was the aggressor I IMMEDIATELY corrected her! She actually looked at me crossed eye as if she took offense to the correction!
Once she left to find out other information we decided to look up reviews on this place... ?needless to say!!!! Again another tech, another of this & that BUT absolutely nothing concrete! So when the vet came back we let her know Thanx but we wanted to take our kids home & see our actual veterinarian tomorrow.
AGAIN more paperwork, AGAIN this & that and FINALLY were given our beloved Lil one to return home, nearly 10pm... luckily we had a Credit Care card or we would have been completely up the river so to speak! This visit cost around $250................?
Do NOT entertain using this facility for special needs ASAP with your four legged babies! PLEASE have after hrs vet care #'s in your phone so if that reason ever happens to your Lil one, they will be safe and your personal mind at peace knowing you did ? to ensure Grace! ✝️

I don’t understand how such a terrible place could have four stars on Google. After visiting this hospital, I saw many people had left negative reviews. Clearly, if you don’t look carefully, those bad reviews are easily buried. The nurses were incredibly rude. I asked them to return my dog to me, but they kept lying, telling me to wait ten minutes, five minutes, then two minutes. It was ridiculous. They deceived me and made me wait in the room for over an hour, yet they still refused to return my dog. Finally, I told them that if they didn’t give my dog back, I would call the police immediately. Only then did they return my dog to me.

What’s absurd is that when they handed my dog back, they cursed and said my dog would definitely die. The nurse thought I couldn’t understand English and was shockingly brazen. I guess they were angry because they didn’t make enough money off of me. When I told them I wouldn’t pay their exorbitant fees, they immediately suggested euthanizing my dog. It was unbelievably cruel.

In the end, I went to another hospital where my dog received excellent care.

We had a very sick dog that we had suspected would need to be put to sleep. The staff was really great!! I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and care. They made this difficult situation go so well. Dr Groman was very knowledgeable and gave us all our options. His bedside manner was outstanding. When we had made the decision to put our sweet boy down, they moved us to a comfort room where we could say our final goodbyes before they gave him the injection. Dr Groman let us hold Joba during the procedure and was so very kind. The entire staff made this process unbelievably peaceful and more tolerable. They didn’t rush us and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this specialty care vet clinic.
