Only go to her for your pets vaccinations and dewormers. Do not go to her for critical medical attention. Her tone is always rude when I visit for the smallest things and she’s not that informative about your pets well-being.

I love Dr. Rachel. We've been going here for many years now. We've said goodbye to a few of our babies. I don't know what I'd do without her waking me through every step. I've rescued three big babies over the last two years which have all become patients here. No nonsense.. no unnecessary tests or pushed medication. The cost is very affordable, especially when you have more than one or four babies to care for.

A pet owners worse nightmare!

I had taken my dog here for years for his shots and allergies. No problems.

I could tell he was not himself and he just didn’t feel good. I take him in and I tell her he’s having more trouble catching his breath. She blows that off and said that’s his allergies and his weight. Now I’ve been following her instructions the whole time. He’s not improving he’s getting worse.

One week later I’m up with him praying he can hang on til I get him to the vet. I get there and I’m 3rd in line. I had to wait my turn. I carry him in was told pneumonia. Was given 2 prescription. He’s not eating or drinking. I ask for injections. She can give him only one injection the other is pill. And was sent home.

Two hours later I’m back at vet bc he’s worse and I’m waiting my turn again. I was fixing to be hysterical.

I’m telling her he’s going to die and She acted like I was just worrying for nothing and told my dog to stop worrying me.
I’m carrying him to my car and he dies in my arms. One assistant ran out and grabbed him and rushed him back inside but he was gone. He died from a heart attack!!

The receptionist came out and told me he was gone and how sorry she was.

The vet never came out to see me. Never said a word to me. I never saw her again. But I did hear her in the back saying I could bring the meds back and get credit.

If you care anything about your fur baby and they are sick please don’t take them to this vet.

Love Dr. Johnson! My dogs hunt, fish, swim, hike or lay around on the couch and binge watch Netflix. Sometimes they need routine shots, sometimes they need stitches... She NEVER makes me feel like worst Mom ever for letting dogs do normal dog stuff. All of my dogs are quirky, rescues. She and her staff patiently work with us and our idiosyncrasies.

Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable of her field. She knows her stuff! Going on prolly 20 years or more been taking my cats to Dr. Rachel and Mary. Love them thank you that is all.
