Great on educating pet owner. Super job at coordinating traffic flow of pets in order to avoid reactive/aggressive behaviors. They provide slip leashes outside the waiting room of the facility if needed. Dr. Hickey is very thorough in explaining, educating and providing time for pet owner to ask questions. Thank you for excellent service and providing care for Roane County Paws. Me and my husband Greg fostered Rocky (aka Rocky 2/ for identification purposes) since July 6, 2023. We ended up officially adopting him February 8, 2024. Thank you for taking great care of him.

Dr. Hickey is the most amazing vet we have ever had. PAWS DOWN!!!! ?
Not only is she exceedingly knowledgable in her field, she is also kind, loving, understanding, and compassionate.
In addition to her daily grind, she volunteers her services for unsheltered animals, and helps to find them foster families and homes.

As soon as I walked in with my Rottweiler dog the staff was loving on him. I have been a Rottie mom for many years and have never had another vet staff, or vet themselves, be so loving to my dog. They treated me with respect and my dog as a friend. Dr. Neff was wonderful about answering all of my questions. I will be taking my Rottie puppy to them next, as I feel so comfortable with them.

I adopted my beautiful Aussie from Dr. Hickey and visited her clinic for a microchip insertion. All of her staff members were wonderful with my dog and Dr. Hickey made the procedure quick and painless for my girl! I am a huge fan of Dr. Hickey and her staff and have sent many of my own clients to her for their veterinary needs!

Admiral Vet is top notch in every way. We've been a 1 dog family for 20 years now. Our first pup was with us 15 and hated other vet offices. But it was much better at Admiral. The front desk staff and vets at Admiral were very patient. They've continued to be great with our new guy that turns five today! Wonderful experience. Vets are actually experts, very knowledgeable and experienced.
