I finally made the most difficult decision today. I called this animal hospital to arrange a time to come in and was informed that if I was not an existing client I could not be seen for weeks. I had called previously (1-2weeks ago) to get all the information, process cost etc and was not told this until today when I called ready to move forward with this already difficult time. So I wouldn't rely on facility. Not compassionate and not providing accurate information.

Dr Larson and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. They got my old girl in within 1.5 hours after I called. Took us immediately to a room and was not pushy with recommended tests. Explained everything well and so understanding of my concerns. I highly recommend them.

Our first appointment with this veterinarian hospital was this month. The staff were genuinely friendly. The vet even sat on the floor to talk to one of our dogs. Part of the visit included having our dogs nails clipped. Bambi, our little Chihuahua mix hates getting that done and will cry out the whole time like you're trying to kill her. But this time she only cried out once during the procedure. If you want gentle, loving hands to care for your pets, this is the place for you.

Had an appointment for our 2 dogs to be euthanasized, although we had to wait longer than we expected, the staff was attentive and caring. They treated us and our dogs with dignity and respect. Truly the hardest thing we've ever had to do. Previous post stated they charge an extra $100 to be with your pet during the process. This is not true. The euthanasia price ranges.

I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am to everyone here. Everyone was beyond kind trying to help me give my doggy some chances of saving her. I called and spoke to Hannah she was beyond kind. They ended up taking me the same day because the I-10 was closed. I called Hannah probably about 5 times that day and every time she still spoke so kindly to me. They did everything in their power to help me and my baby girl Ariel. Everyone was so nice and gentle with her. We tried laser therapy which was helping with her bladder. When we made the decision to no longer have her suffer they took me right away when I called and took good care of her making sure she didn’t suffer. Explained everything to me step by step so I could understand. Dr Larson is just pure amazing she really was patient with me and helped us with everything she could and explained everything as well. We are beyond thankful to everyone there. We have been going there for years and definitely recommend this practice. Words can’t express how thankful I am to Dr Larson and her team. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!
