They charged us 40$ for them to take our cat out of the carrier, be too scared to do anything, put him back in the carrier, and send him home. They told us it would be 50$ more to sedate him. They did absolutely nothing but make us wait for over a hour just to charge us for them taking our cat out and putting him back. And then they signed us up for amillion different mailing lists, post card, email, text reminders, check up calls, "Hi Our records indicate that it's about time we see your cat for the following veterinary services:
Examination: Wellness Comprehensive" YOU TRIED TO DO THAT YESTERDAY AND WERE TOO SCARED AND CHARGED US WHY WOULD WE COME BACK AND TRY IT AGAIN?!. What a load!

Horrible customer service. Horrible care for animals. I have a puppy that had an accident called them because they are the only location open on a Sunday and state they see emergencies. Well I was refused because they really don't see emergencies just appointments. When I asked the lady, who was very rude and was talking over me and refused to give me her name, "why do you state on your hold call back music you see emergencies and on the web you see emergencies?" She couldn't say, and just said we see emergencies. Russel ridge animal hospital has 0 consideration for pets that need to be seen. I will be letting EVERYONE I know about or experience!!!

We had a freak accident with our dog and took her here. They entire staff could not have been nicer. They truly care about the wellness of your pet as well as the owners. I would recommend everyone to go here for your pets.
