Wonderful staff, easy parking, and absolutely gentle & loving with the animals. We had the blessed opportunity to adopt a dog that had been going to this vet for years, we kept the vet for continuity. We were welcomed with open arms, they love our dog, they give us time to talk through concerns, they provide options, they are just amazing. We are double blessed now, we have our wonderful little girl and we have her amazing veterinary team. Would give ten stars if I could.

Everyone there was so nice and their prices were very reasonable for the meds I had to get for my cat. My only concern was the amount of time I had to wait in the room before I was able to see the vet. I had what I felt was an emergency and I sat with my sick kitty for an extended period of time in a room by myself even after my friend went and asked for a vet tech or tech to assist us after about 15-20 minutes. I would've been very upset had he passed right there without any assistance. He's doing fine now so I would just like to see them take emergencies for what they are and reassure us our pets are okay rather than just leave us sitting in a room like a routine appointment.

Hands down the best care! All the staff is amazing! I love Dr. Melissa. She takes her time and explains everything! I really like the how they have multiple lines of communication with appointments and scheduling. Very prompt on getting test results back!! The vet tech Alissa is so kind and caring. They all have great bedside manners to you and your pets!!

Dr. Alexander and staff are amazing! We’ve taken all our dogs here for years. They take time to get to know your pet and you. We had an emergency with one of our dogs and they got him in and treated immediately. We have also used them for boarding our dogs when we’ve gone vacation. I have full peace of mind knowing my dogs are safe and sound when we travel.

The staff at NGA animal hospital are all absolutely amazing. They have taken such good care of our dog through multiple surgeries. They are easy to communicate with via text or phone, always available and checking up on our pup, always kind, and so, so loving. They have made us feel like family. 10/10 recommend this practice.

10/10 LOVE LOVE LOVE this animal hospital, their team is amazing, time is impeccable, care is terrific!! They listen to every concern and make sure your pet is taken care of . They do not do any unnecessary treatment literally the best animal hospital ❤️ and they don't charge an arm and a leg (just a picture of my babies )

Nothing but good things to say about this place! We were recently faced with a difficult situation of likely cancer in our golden retriever’s leg. We were stressed and needing action fast. The responsiveness from the clinic & willingness to accommodate our baby for urgent surgery made this tough situation a little more bearable. Dr. Blair is amazing & you can tell she is doing what she was called to do. The main receptionist is incredibly nice & helpful. Really everyone there has just been a pleasure to work with. The prices are reasonable as well. I would recommend New Georgia highly. They have definitely earned our loyalty.
