They charged me a deposit but failed to deduct it from the total price upon my arrival. Additionally, charging over $600 for a 10-minute check-up is outrageous. Even the most renowned doctors don't make $600 in 10 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like exploitation, especially targeting those of us living on this island. I'm extremely disappointed with this kind of behavior.

All have saved my dog's life more than once. I can't say enough about them.
I am sure there must be other doctors there that are fantastic also but these are the doctors that have helped us so much. The rest of the staff that works there is very kind and helpful.
We trust them all with our baby's life.

Ali’i veterinary hospital is fabulous and it’s the people that make it fabulous❣️
Dr Aaron is a top-notch veterinarian, very skilled and kind ,it’s easy to see he loves what he does
with his care of my furry family.

are so skilled at what they do ,kind and they go out of their way to help relieve any stress.

Dr. Aaron went above and beyond recently for our cat who was having a sudden series of seizures. He was super helpful, didn’t rush us at all, and spent all the time needed helping us figure out what could be wrong, and advising us on every aspect of it. Truly grateful to have a doctor so caring and helpful on our island.

ZERO STARS!!! Do not waste your time. Overbooked and low staff make this vet impossible to get your pet their most basic health needs. They wouldn’t help my poor old girl with additional heart disease medication for her palliative care. The “best” they could do was a month out appointment (don’t know if she has that long) and refused an emergency visit because she wasn’t actively dying. Wanted me to dump a thousand dollars to get her the care I had previously discussed with them and my previous vet with all her files and records. If you have an elderly or health compromised pet PLEASE DO NOT sign up with them. I have never received such a horrid experience from a vet.
