All the staff are thoughtful, caring, and supportive. We are always seen on time for our appointments. The vet and his assistant were very gentle and knowledgeable during the appointment and put my pup at ease before starting the exam, heartworm test, and immunization shot. It was a delightful experience.

The staff is warm and attentive. The reception area and exam room clean. My German Shepherd was well care for and made to feel comfortable throughout his visit, and the doctor patiently answered all of our questions. We will without hesitation continue to bring our pup here for his medical needs.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My experience with At Home Animal Hospital was excellent. This was my first visit because my cat was quite ill, and since the Lahaina fire I had not sought a new vet. They found time for my cat in the schedule and were so helpful in getting us in as soon as possible.

My cat has quite a few medical issues with his heart and lungs, which makes diagnosis more challenging because sedation for tests like X-rays can be dangerous. Dr. Knee spent time with us to understand what was happening and then spent considerable time examining the cat, discovering something that rarely occurs in cats and can be easy to miss. What I appreciated was that he did not give up and continued to try to figure out the underlying issue. He also gave him a long-acting injection to manage the pain and infection. My cat is back to normal, and I am confident the outcome would not have been so positive without Dr. Knee's tenacity. I'm so happy to have found a wonderful vet. Thank you!

Giving a 5 star review for 3 stand out employees at this clinic. The two hard working receptionist Erin & Mandy. They both go above and beyond to help you relay information to the doctors, get answers to your questions, refill medications, offer advice on how to care for your pet at home while you wait for an appointment, and so much more. They truly are an A team that care about your pets and make your experience at this clinic.

Dr. Lassise is another fantastic employee. He takes the time to thoroughly go over diagnostics, medications, questions, etc with you so that you can make educated decisions on your pets care. He also specializes in Orthopedics and certain specialized surgeries. He’s an amazing surgeon!

Everyone at this clinic is friendly and helpful. Dr. Mitchell was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain her examination in depth and even checked in with me the next day to see how my kitty was doing. Definitely recommend this clinic over anywhere else on Maui!

I adore this vet office for so many reasons! All 3 of my kitties go there and I am so grateful! Professional, Kind, Understanding and empathatic all describe everyone that works there. I am a self proclaimed "crazy cat mom" and everyone there allways makes sure to let me know what is going on and treat our kitties with so much kindness.

Our lil Milo Kitty who has Asthma, Dr. Fu Cat who is just a little accident prone, and our other kitty Ghostie who has urinary crystals. So we need a little more than your average cat well visits.

Which is why I am so glad that At Home also directly bills my Trupanion pet insurance which has literlly saved us thousands of dollars and probably hours of hassle trying to get reimbursed for out of pocket costs. Their staff are the ones that told me about it! I am so grateful, my cats copays are better than mine. LOL

Our kitties are healthy despite their challenges because of the excellent care they recieve at At Home Animal Hospital.
