I dropped my sweet dog off to be watched while I toured Antelope Canyon and asked for a bath and nail trim. When I came to pick him up, I noticed his nail was bleeding, and there was dried blood in between his toes on his back legs.
The owner trimmed his nails way too short, exposing the quick on multiple nails. When I told her that she'd cut his nails too short she denied it, then said she shouldn't have cut his nails in the first place. I was so upset to think that I left my dog in the care of someone who hurt him several times over. He was so stressed from the experience and was visibly in pain.
Writing this review as a warning to anyone who would consider leaving your baby here.

Inspect the while facility and meet all employees before deciding to board your precious furbabies!!!

I recently boarded my dog Bentley (September 26-29) and when I got back home to Utah I noticed a lump on his back right hip. I took him to the vet and he also has a puncture wound. They had to shave, clean and drain the pocket of the wound. I understand that dogs will be dogs, however if there had been proper supervision someone would have noticed my dog was injured and informed me of the situation.

Also, when picking up my dog I had to wait over 15 minutes outside, while an employee put other dogs in their cages and poop was cleaned up from the reception area. I had to get my dog from the side of the facility so I didn’t have to walk through all the other poop within the building past the reception area.

My dog would not come to me which I realized was due to the person standing behind me.

Lastly, my dog was infested with ticks.

All of the above is unacceptable. I did email the owner and never received a reply.

This was the only place in Page to board my dog and I wish I had not.

It was very smelly and gross in there. She was yelling at dogs as we were dropping ours off when we picked our dog up she smelled terrible and she was supposed to have had a bath. Our dog was in the corner of the kennel, shaking when we got there a few hours later and would not go to the lady!!

Nice they could take our doggo in and the price was reasonable. It was 2.5 hours and place was ok.

Sort of a last minute trip Patty (sp) and Shelley very helpful, Mona had no issues, she played with a husky and a bull mastiff, she was a happy girl when I picked her up. Please support small local businesses. The place was neat and clean.

Our old senior Golden retriever Sam accompanied us on our spontaneous trip to Page. We were so relieved when we found Shelly!

My first job as a teen was working for a pet resort, so I was aware that a lot of pets get stressed when left in a facility like this because they don't know what's going on or when their family will come back. Please do not have unrealistic expectations to not have any dogs barking at a boarding facility. Go anywhere where there's more than 2 dogs and you will get barking!

I did tell Shelly that he has never boarded at a facility like this before, and I told her that I am aware that he might get nervous.

I am so grateful that she was very patient and compassionate. She even gave him some treats! You can tell that she truly cared about the pets that stay here, and at the end of it all that is all you can truly ask for as a pet parent!

Thank you for having a service like this in Page! It truly was so helpful in having us make the decision to do the trip with Sam, and we have told our friends who have hesitated on traveling with their dogs about how much of a help having Shelly there!

We were able to drop off our two fur babies without notice and go to slot canyon tour. Picked them up 3 hours later and they seemed to had a great time. So thankful for the ladies here, Koko and Nova had a great time.

Someone from this number called me to yell at me about not feeding my dogs and trapping ferals. I've never been here and don't even live in Page. I kept asking who they were and why they were calling me and they just kept ranting. Very strange experience.
