I love eagle rock! I’ve been taking my two dogs there for a year now, and have never had a bad experience. When my hound hurt his paw, they were able to get him in and fix his paw quickly. Then they took the time to teach me how to do the aftercare. The staff is amazing and super nice and my dogs love them!

Staff was super friendly!

I was told the best price in town over the phone for a neuter surgery, but when I paid, I was upcharged on literally everything until it turned out to be the worst price in town. Including a "Pre-op checkup" that included checking his ears, and listening to his heart for 10 seconds. $20 for that. Want an IV in place in case of a surgical catastrophe? $44.

Also while being there, I was told to sign something that I was TOLD was "just to certify that I was my dog's actual owner." Upon refusing to sign until l read what I was signing for (it was on an iPad with the agreement part covered up by the autograph box I was being told to sign in), found out that I was signing away rights to sue if my dog was killed during surgery. May have been a mistake, but was very upsetting to find out. Operation went well, but the experience wasn't fantastic...

EDIT TO RESPOND:

I asked for the price to neuter my dog that you've never seen, and that's not what I received. So that "discount" you say you gave me was a charge I wasn't informed about to begin with. So that was annoying.

And what you're saying right now is NOT what I was told in my appointment. I literally decided to pay the extra for the IV treatment because I was worried I was going to lose my dog if I didn't pay the extra. I was told that if they need to save his life, you would install an IV. BUT if I wanted to have it preinstalled to mitigate and life threatening problems, I could pay extra. I remember that like it yesterday.

And to say there's nothing that includes litigation is literally the purpose of those agreements. For litigation purposes. And no, the tech said nothing about the risks of this simple surgery. I was told that that was to sign that I was the owner, nothing else. It sounded kinda strange to me, and that's why I asked to read it all through. And that's upsetting to find out I'm signing something that I wasn't told about, and wasn't shown either. That's why I want people to know about this experience.

We first saw Dr. Seda as a second opinion to treat our large breed puppy who's been struggling with severe growing pains. She diagnosed him almost immediately, physically inspected him very slowly and thoroughly and then ran new x-rays herself to confirm. Dr. Seda's confidence and professional demeanor while checking out our Bugs spoke volumes to us. She made sure we understood everything she was saying and showed us what was going on in the x-rays. She gave us a run down of the best care plans and what she'd guide us through if plan a and plan b aren't good enough. We trust her! Everyone from the receptionists to the vet techs made us feel at home.
Our household has 9 pets including Dogs, Cats, Reptiles, and Weasels. I'm so excited to have found a vet who treats large breeds and exotic pets as well. So much love here... We're really excited to have found Dr. Seda and her team.

I love this vet practice! Dr Seda is very knowledgeable and the entire team is great to work with. They are very compassionate and patient with euthanasia, and very loving towards all my animals. My bunnies and dogs are in great hands here!
