My cat had a ruptured anal glad. They put him under to clean it. I called to check on him, they said he was just waking up & I could come get him. After I got there & paid, they told me something happened & asked if they could do X-rays. When I finally got to see him, my cat was in an oxygen tank,, he was not stable. I had to take him to the emergency vet clinic because the vet office was closing. My cat didn’t recover, I ended up putting him to sleep that night at the animal hospital.

We have been very happy with Dr. Frank and her entire staff. On that awful day every pet owner dreads, the time and compassion shown us was extraordinary. The doctor even took time to write a personalized condolence card. To the reviewer who complained about the missed apt fee, if you knew the time she spent with us, you would have so much more respect for the value of her time.

I had to take our dear 18 year old cat, Reggie, in this past week, so he could finally go to Heaven. The staff got me in rather quickly without an appointment and as hard as it was to lose my companion, the staff there were amazing. Dr. Frank was gentle and let us have the time we needed to say good bye. We really were impressed with the care Reggie (and us) received.

Doctor and nurses were cool and pretty straightforward. Knew what they were doing and they were efficient. If you're reading this and wondering which pet doctor won't try to overcharge you, these guys aren't bad.

We brought our dog Remy in for a rabies shot. It was our first visit to this clinic after moving to PV from Miami. Turns out our pup was not ready to be acclimated to her new surroundings and will have to return after being medicated to help calm her anxiety - she was very nervous and Dr.Johnson was quite the professional in being kind and patient and willing to chat with us while allowing Remy to try and relax and not feel threatened.
Our following appointment is in a few weeks and we are looking forward to returning as the staff was super friendly and very accommodating!!

I just took my puppy here on Friday and the staff are the most friendliest and nicest people ever. They’re super gentle and have the best energy. They listen to your concerns and provide feedback with anything . Definitely going to be going back for anything and everything when it comes to my dog? ❤️

I took my cat to vet because she wasnt eating or drinking for almost 2 days in a row and I called them and they had a veterarian so kind to help her at 630 pm at night and they waved some fees too and come to find she had dehydration and we got out of there and home and the vet said she was well taken care of. We got done within 30 minutes and came out with less then a 200.00 vet bill
