My boyfriend and I came from west vet in Meridian and from what we experience from there was not okay for our dog. But when we called them this morning they actually made an appointment the same day when we got there. They are nice and friendly worker there they explain everything that we need to hear for our dog and help us understand. They were really sweet to our beautiful dog! They did an amazing job today!

I moved to idaho 8 months ago, and my little friend had a few issues. The doctors and staff at intermountain are fantastic, I'm so thankful for their care and knowledge. My little friend is doing great thanks to them.

All of the vets and staff are great with my animals, taking care to comfort them in addition to diagnosising and treating them. I appreciate that they don't talk down to me, don't treat me like I'm stupid because I understand my pets and know when somethings off, and take the time to listen to me. Even better, they do their exam in my presence so we can discuss things without them having to come and go from the room.

They got me in same day for an appointment, also same day got me on a prescription plan for my cat and follow ups to ensure he stays on the right track! Super helpful, super kind, and they were so so sweet to my anxious lil guy. Couldn't reccomend enough!
