We have two dogs and previously had a cat who we’ve trusted only to Driggs Veterinary Clinic. Their staff is very helpful and friendly, bills are very reasonable, and on several occasions they’ve gone out of their way to get our pets in without an appointment for emergencies and scares despite their busy schedule. We 100% recommended them to anybody looking, they truly care for their patients.

I was on a road trip in Driggs and was trying to get my kitty what she needed to go to Canada, our next stop. The person who answered put me on hold before I told her why I was calling. Totally fine, except I was on hold for 10 minutes! Then another person came on and asked me to hold. I told her I had already been holding for 10 minutes. She took my call and told me my kitty needed a microchip and a new rabies vaccine tied to the microchip to get into Canada. This was a bit stressful to hear as I had not read this in my research.

Since they weren’t able to see us, I called around a bit more. The other places I called said this wasn’t true and that I just needed her current rabies vaccination paperwork, which I had. Sure enough, we had no issues getting into Canada. No microchip required.

It was a frustrating experience to be put on hold for so long and then to be given inaccurate information.

Knowledgeable, fair rates, great vets! Very consistent service. Love the vets and staff! I am a breeder of flat coated retrievers and have worked with them in pregnancy, well visits, bloat etc. I can't say enough about them.

My experience with this vet has been positive. While they were not able to see my ailing dog, because the after hours vet was busy, they at least called me back and were willing to see us, even though we were already on our way to Idaho Falls emergency clinic. We were visiting from out of town and had a very sick mini goldendoodle. Another local vet wasn’t even willing to see us even when we reached out multiple times and have family members who know and use the other local vet. I would recommend this vet over the other because of their compassion and willingness to help in times of emergency.

I can’t say how much I appreciate you all taking care of my boy Archie. We were on vacation 2,000 miles from home and Archie got sick. The vet in the town we were staying would not work him in because we weren’t already a patient. They recommended taking him to the emergency clinic in Idaho Falls. Luckily I called on the folks at Driggs veterinary clinic! They were very helpful and were able to work my boy in that day. Their price for treatment and exam was very reasonable, and he started feeling much better by the next morning. Thank you so very much for taking care of us 🙂

Literally saved my dog's life when he was turned down by other clinics in the area, during a whiteout. We couldn't get out of the valley for days while my dog was in dire condition. They came flying out of the clinic to the car, to scoop up our dog. 24 hours and a surgery later, and our dog's ruptured tumor has been removed. My family is more than grateful for everything this clinic did. Orlando is now home and getting all the love and attention he needs.

I just wanna say these guys have been both of my male dogs vet for the last 3 years or so could not be more impressed with the dedication and love for animals that theyve shown in action and always helped me in a emergency ❤️ I was so concerned when Dr. Bets left he was my guy but his replacement has not disappointed she's always willing to answer my sometimes stupid questions lol

Endless I move acrossed the country or something these guys will be my vet!
