We brought in Shop Cat to get his vaccination. We were a bit early and they brought us right in, paid attention to Shop Cat with scratches and kind words, and we were out within a few minutes and on our way. He was all ready to go to Skyline Animal Hospital and see his favorite Dr.

We moved to Idaho in July of 2023, so while we did not know Dr. Fletcher, her nursing team, Dr. Peterson, or Skyline staff long, they all treated my girl Kiwi and I like family.

They quickly learned I was willing to do anything and everything for her. They respected that devotion and were always able to help examine her and test her when anything was slightly off with her health. And refer us to the best surgeon in town to repair her ligament tear, which was a great success!

After an emergency surgery post operative complication at West Vet... Kiwi was dying. Dr. Fletcher at Skyline Vet Hospital and her nursing team helped me say goodbye to my best friend quickly, knowing the severity of the circumstances. The compassion they showed me, my fiancé, and our pup was truly touching. I am most thankful they were able to help accommodate our request in our time of need. And her rosewood urn is absolutely stunning.

Dr. Fletcher is now helping he with my hyperthyroid cat, and we hope her prescription food helps her thyroid levels equal out soon. If you want a hospital that treats you and your pets like family, look no further.

I highly recommend Dr. Petersen for exceptional veterinary care. We initially visited for a limp in our 2-year-old Golden Retriever's front leg. Dr. P provided a comprehensive evaluation and treatment, including medication, which successfully resolved the issue.

While diagnosing the limp, Dr. P simultaneously discovered a severe tooth decay issue in a difficult-to-see location. After resolving the limp, we focused on the dental problem. Dr. P's detailed consultation about anesthesia and the procedure itself put my concerns to rest.

The dental cleaning and tooth extraction went smoothly. We appreciated the post-surgery call from Dr. P and the follow-up from the clinic staff, making us feel very well cared for.

If your pet has limping or dental issues, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. P for their unmatched level of care and professionalism.

This is the place. I recommend it to anyone anywhere. I'd drive from around to come here. The staff and Doc are the best around and I don't say that lightly! Not only do they take extreme pride in your fur animals but they go the extra mile to comment back on poorly left reviews and take admittance to the issue being complained about. If that is not customer service and a business trying to do right by THE PEOPLE, then I don't know what is! Not only all these great things, but the Vet ALWAYS gives you such feedback, info, details with your pets it's amazing! I love the Vibes in this vet, I love the staff, and I love the Doc! I'd leave more than five stars on this place if I could! 10/10, 100/100!!! Truly this is the place to go.

The team here handled our reactive dog with amazing care. We've seen a lot of different vets over his 9 years of life and have never felt understood or as safe as they were able to make us feel.
