Our cat had been sick for about a week recently, and it reached a point where I felt like he needed to be seen immediately. My vet is open Saturday but did not have availability so they recommended OnPoint, as they take walk-ins for urgent care.
They were really wonderful, and my old grumpy cat is NOT a good patient. Even though the wait was fairly long because they were busy that day, it never felt like their were rushing through the appointment, and they took the time to perform the tests they needed to perform so we could figure out what was going on. We left with a diagnosis and prescription in hand with a follow-up this week. Dr. Pearson answered my questions and was helped me understand what was going on, as well as the long-term outlook.
Thank you OnPoint for being open on Saturdays and taking walk-ins. I know you were really busy and some people were not being very kind or patient because of the wait. Like any urgent care, they can get backed up, so people need to keep that in mind when taking in their pet. You may have to wait, but it's worth it and they'll take care of you.

My dog and me are pretty high maintenance with her being reactive to other dogs and me being anxious/paranoid, and they never, ever make me feel bad about my tons of questions or phone calls. I showed up on a Saturday morning stressed out with my Spinoni with an injured paw. It took a couple of hours to get her her and they quoted me $400-700 or more if they had to sedate her. They called me when she was ready, I picked her up and they only charged me $170! Not only was the staff friendly and professional but they were honest! When I dropped her off I had a good feeling she would be cared for and they would treat her well. I found a veterinarian office, thank you!!

Responsive, caring, and they even communicate with you. We have a new puppy, a 15 year old and 1yr old. All with very different needs and they have been "On Point" with every visit and issue we had so far.

Moving back to Idaho and not having a primary physician for my 2 cats and English bulldog was tough. I can say without a doubt On Point is a fantastic vet! The staff are extremely friendly and professional and every doctor is great. I've been taking my fur babies to this facility for 2 years and they have helped my pets lead happy, healthy lives. I have one cat with allergies (who can be a nightmare) and another with digestive issues.
