On Monday, December 26, 2022, my mom called me early that morning crying telling me that she was in so much and that she needed me to call her an ambulance. My wife and I went to my parents house immediately. My mom was in bed unable to move due to her pain being so bad. I attempted to pick my mom up and carry her to my truck so I could drive her to the emergency room. But my mom was in too much pain, so I was not able to pick her up without causing her more pain. I called the Parker County Sheriff's Office non-emergency number, and they transferred me a dispatcher with Parker County Hospital District. The dispatcher I talked to was very professional and courteous and took my information and dispatched medic #12 to my parent’s house in Parker County very quickly. Ambulance (medic #12) arrived on scene, I was waiting for them in the driveway. I was met by Paramedic Shyann Edmunds, Conner Barnes and Nathan Miller. As soon as Paramedic Miller saw me, he immediately made contact with me, and he was very professional, friendly and his demeanor was very calming. All three paramedics worked very well together as a team to reassure my mom everything is going to be ok and that they are going to take good care of her. My mom being unable to move out of bed, they moved the gurney into the master bedroom and got it next to her on the bed. They all worked together to move her so she would feel very little to no pain since any movement she made caused her great pain. They secured my mom to the gurney and put her safely in the back of the ambulance. Due to my mom's pain level, they wanted to get that under control for her as quickly as possible so they started an ivy and gave her some pain medication. This quickly put a temporary stop to my mom's pain. I asked Paramedic Miller if I could please ride with my mom in the back of the ambulance and he was very understanding and he allowed me to do so. My wife followed us in my truck and drove my dad, my mom's husband with her in the truck. Paramedic Barnes drove us safely to Medical City Weatherford. Paramedic Edmunds and Miller continued to talk to my mom reassuring her that everything will be ok. If I didn't know any better you would think Paramedic Miller, Edmunds and Barnes were working on one of their own family members. That is how they treated me and my mom. I just wanted you to know how beyond impressed I was by Paramedic Miller, Edmunds and Barnes. They were all very professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure my mom was taken care of, and they treated her as one of their own. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for having such an amazing staff and taking care of all us residents in Parker County.

January 9, 2021 my husband and I received our Covid vaccine at the football stadium as part of group 1b.

The entire process was organized, efficient, and fast. We were so impressed with and were appreciative of every one who made this event possible. Well done.

I went and had a booster today. I freak out easily and hate shots of any kind. The staff was warm and friendly. They were more than patient with my fears. I would recommend them to anyone. Also the price was half of having it done any where else.

Ambulance service is a complete scam. Billed the full amount for both people when 2 ppl ride in same ambulance without even hitting the stretcher. Also, was told before my insurance was billed I could pay $800 to settle and then my insurance paid $750. Once they found that out they wanted an additional $500 for a total of $1,250 vs. the $800 they first told me. Complete predatory practices.

This is a joke I've tried for two weeks to get on a list or appointment for covid-19 vaccine.
It's basically a runaround who ever is in charge could not run a limonade stand.
