My dog is wary of new people and needs time to trust them. The vet and the tech took their time in making her comfortable before giving her the vaccines she needed. I was grateful that they didn’t force her into anything that made her feel uncomfortable and made sure she had a positive experience.

Love, love, love this vet/animal hospital. I've been bringing my fur babies to them since they opened their doors. Approximately 2000. They're attentive, caring, and personable. Wonderful with my dogs and cat. They have reasonable prices, and they're great with communicating treatment options and costs. Very realistic, so you're not suddenly surprised with a high vet bill.

This is my first * review.   I have been a client of Fletcher Heights Animal Hospital for 25 years.  In that time my family has entrusted Fletcher with many of our fur babies, rats, cats, ferrets, and dogs.   When we first started with them they treated us as family with care and compassion.   Since then, they have been acquired by a corporation and things have changed dramatically for the worse.  This weekend after taking one of our dogs in for vaccinations and a check up a banking app error prevented my wife from paying our bill.  Despite assuring them that we would be down with full payment immediately they insisted on a partial payment and a $25 fee to open an account.  When I went to settie and complain about the treatment I was told that the employee had no choice but to act as they did due to corporate policy.  I can no longer accept entrusting the care or my precious pets to an uncaring corporation.  I have now found that the opening of the account has negatively impacted my credit rating by 11 points.   Please consider this feedback when selecting a veterinarian in the Peoria area.

The entire staff is amazing. My dog got sick over the weekend and we were seen right away without an appointment. The veterinarian was compassionate and knowledgeable. I also love how they follow up afterwards to see how my pet is doing.

I’m writing my review today because I’m truly disheartened and disappointed in Fletcher Heights professionalism, and empathy today. I called today about 1pm to get my cats seizure medication filled. About 4:00pm comes around and I decided to call and check on the status, they let me know it was currently being filled and we would receive a text when it was ready. At that time we clarified over the phone together that they closed that day at 7pm and we had until then to pick up the prescription. Well we then received a call at 4:58pm stating the medication was now ready and the woman asked if we could be there in the next 10min because they were now closing at 5:00pm.. we stated no unfortunately we can’t be there that quickly because we live 16min away and asked if there was anyway someone could wait. Of course the answer was no and now my pet is without his seizure medication.. We tried to keep in contact and everything I just don’t understand why they did that and thought it was okay to do to a patient of theirs. Very abnormal and sad.

I am just so pleased with the care that my dogs received at Banfield. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Whenever I’ve called, I’ve had excellent help booking an appointment or solving my problem. Louie had his teeth cleaned recently and I appreciate all the care that was given to him and the phone call the next day to check on him.

Everyone there is so welcoming and have great energy! They know how to handle my nervous doggo and the manager Holly went above and beyond to help calm my dog that he didnt even notice he was getting shots. They all do a fabulous job at assuring my animals are taken care of and are quick when getting the job done! Will keep taking my animals here for the care they deserve.
