Excellent service! I couldn’t have asked for a better vet to do my French bulldogs surgery on her elbow. Fabulous techs that work alongside the side of the doctor. Great after care check up . Zero greatly appreciates yall so much !

As always.... Great caring people, they take the time to explain things and treat my Romeo so well! I would definitely recommend Northwoods to anyone... because of how caring they are, but also their prices are so much more affordable!

Best veterinary office. We've taken our 2 adult dogs here for about 4 years since they were puppies and our experience has been great. We've now been using them for our first litter and they've been an amazing support. Highly reccomend!

It was great! The staff was very attentive and helpful and the Dr who performed the surgery was caring and thoughtful and very good about explaining the procedure and aftercare to us! I feel like Sophie had the best care possible!

I thought my chihuahua Buddy might have broken his back leg. I took him to the Northwoods Veterinary Care and dropped him off for x-rays. They would have to sedate him for this. The cost would be about $500. The tech called me a couple hours later and told me Buddy is now putting weight and walking on his leg. She didn't think his leg was broken. She asked me if I still wanted to do x-rays or watch him for a couple days and see how he did. I decided to watch him and see how he did. No broken leg!! Thank you so much for your honesty. I'm retired and money is tighter then it use to be. I will recommend your clinic and staff always!!?❤️

The gals in there are all sweethearts and the male vet was also super nice. No complaints with the friendly staff. But I had to call several times before they'd get back to me regarding my sick cats that I had brought in a couple of weeks prior. Hubby said: "I told you to go to Doc Holly in the first place. Northwoods hasn't impressed me." I'm bummed cuz they're less than a mile from my home, but when the ball gets dropped about getting back to me about my sick babies, it's back to Doc Holly in the future.

1st. My Collie had bloody stools. Called on Monday morning and was told to take him to CDA emergency. Found another Vet in Hayden that saw him within an hour.
2nd. Had an tragic accident with my Aussie, called at 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon and was told that they only work till 5pm(are they realy a hospital?)and to take her to CDA emergency again.She died there ?. So, needless to say I will never ever ever recommend them to anyone that loves their family members. They truly don't care. Why have a Vet that won't take care of our beautiful family members.
Trust me they don't deserve 1 star.
