River city is wonderful with our puppies. We were able to purchase an insurance plan to get us thru the early stages including chip, and spay. Very happy! They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything about our visits have been pleasant. Highly recommend. Here they are in their matching Spay outfits. So much happier without the cone of shame.

Just amazing staff all around. They have been so kind to my sweet sick older cat and so patient helping me process all the options. Everyone here has been over the top caring and compassionate. We love the team at River City, we switched over to them when our senior dog started having seizures. We never looked back they truly care about the wellbeing of our furry babies. After our Cc girl passed away at the Animal Hospital ER they reached out just to check in on us, they truly are the best.

I've been taking our Golden Retriever to RCV since 2020. He is always treated lovingly by the staff and doctors. Additionally, the staff and veterinarians always take the time to listen to my concerns, and ask pertinent questions. The facility is clean and nicely appointed. I appreciate the wellness plan, and my perception is that the providers try to handle any of my dog's health issues with the least invasive treatment first, and are sensitive to the cost of care. Very clean and professional. The whole team works together to take care of your pet. I have taken my Cane Corso puppy in for routine wellness and vaccines. I have also showed up with an emergency for my little Westie poo for a possible broken leg. The staff are extremely caring, thorough and they don't price gouge for their care. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE Dr Albrecht! This office is thorough when necessary and calm and reassuring when there is no need for panic. They are amazing at follow up and they always respond in a timely manner with phone calls. I have had my dogs go to three different vets in their 16-14 years and this is by far my favorite and most comfortable! Dr Amy listens to all my concerns and has spend as much as a hour with me in a room talking us through the next steps to keep our dogs healthy and happy!! 10/10 Two thumbs up! 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
