I recently took in a senior dog to where we have a total of 3 dogs now and let me tell you Pets First is the only Vet Office I will go to now. I had to pick up an animal for my girlfriend. The place was clean and friendly. They addressed me right when I came in the door. They were friendly and nice. I felt very welcomed. As I waited in line, which didn't bother me. I listened to how they talked to another lady. They were so nice and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions and if they didn't know. They actually went and find out the answer. I was blown away they just didn't guess.

Charges on our recent vet bill that were never discussed with us. Transparency and communication with patients is extremely important and when I called to ask about what the the charges were and why they were applied out of confusion, Marissa said “it’s charges we assume everyone would know.” Wow! That’s not okay.
