Dr. Renner does my farm calls but this time I had to bring in my beautiful and beloved husky so she could crossover and leave her pain.
The staff was great and accommodating to my grief and loss.

I feel awful for writing a review this low as we’ve been here multiple times with my boy and have had amazing experiences with Dr Murphy and Dr Wilson. However, I did not have a great experience today with the staff and Dr Renner. My boy can be a little shy/nervous when it comes to meeting new people, especially men, so I called ahead of time to request a female tech. I was informed on the phone that they did have a female tech working but they couldn’t guarantee it due to “how schedules work.” Our tech that helped us was male, even though the female tech who greeted us didn’t seem to be busy at the time (I could be wrong that’s fine). Not only was the tech male but he was wearing a baseball cap, which is something else that scares my dog. I brushed this off as I didn’t want to be difficult and he was reacting alright besides the occasional huff and hiding behind me. My next issue arose when Dr Renner asked if my dog bites, and I replied “No, he’s never bit anyone” as this was happening he looked in my dogs ear and he flinched as it may have been sensitive and responded with “Are you sure because he just tried to bite me?” Nor me or the person accompanying me to the appointment noticed my dog trying to bite. Again, I could be wrong, I wasn’t handling him. With that being said he muzzled my dog, and that’s FINE, whatever makes both the doctor and the animal safe, I understand completely. HOWEVER, it was the tightness in which this muzzle was applied and the comment from the Dr of “make sure that thing is on there tight” that absolutely shocked me. Both Dr Murphy and Dr Wilson have helped my dog with previous ear infections and previous allergies and have had no issues whatsoever. They have also done far more invasive things to him and have NEVER had to muzzle him nor has ever tried to nip or bite them in the process. The rest of the appointment was okay but I did feel Dr Renner was dismissive and made me feel silly for questions I brought up. At this point I just wanted to be done with the appointment so I agreed with doing only one course of care he suggested, paid, and left.

Dr. Murphy is the best vet in the valley! He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and never makes an appointment feel rushed. I've seen some negative comments about the front desk staff not being friendly but my experience everytime I've been there has always been great! I'm sure it gets stressful and overwhelming at times dealing with emergencies and not so pleasant customers. One gal apologized to me twice for having to wait for my appointment because they had an emergency. I wasn't upset at all, I understand things happen. I think it's a good reminder not just for people wanting to post negative reviews but for all of us humans sharing this planet that kindness, compassion and understanding cost absolutely nothing, and normally when you give those things you get them back in return ❤️

Came here for a new puppy check up. First time and will not be back. Poor customer service, dirty, and terrible bedside manner to say the least. Super awkward and weirdo staff barely spoke to us. Couldn’t wait to get tf outta there. Spare yourself and go somewhere else. You’d probably be better off meeting a rando in a back alley to get your dog checked out. Worst vet experience ever.

Worst place ever! Do not take your loved ones there! Vets do not listen and just dismiss your concerns. My pup is now gone. They told me nothing was wrong with her but an ear infection. Gave her medication and she got worse. And to top it off Brady Renner just blew me off when I tried telling him how my dog was acting with the medication and that I don’t know what I was talking about and do what I want but she was fine and she wasn’t she is now gone.

Love the service Dr Murphey has been our vet for 10 years. The cost is fairy err, they're experienced, good people, and you can get scheduled within that or a week or the week after at the latest!
