I'm so happy Dr. Keller is here! She's been seeing my fur babies for years (I have a lot of them) so it's nice having someone that knows them. This is Chester from his last visit. As you can see he was super excited about it. Bandit said he's sorry to everyone for overreacting about his nails being trimmed.

The staff here is kind to both of my dogs and to me. I love that I can bring them here for primary care but that if an emergency comes up they’re open seven days a week! Also, their pricing seems fair which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend NW Vet.

My small dog was bit in the head by a Rot on Sunday afternoon. I called Northwest Vet to see if they could get him in to be seen. They got him in within an hour and took great care of my boy. The staff was amazing. From the receptionist that answered the phone I believe her name was Tommy to the assistant in the back and the vet (unsure of their names). We are very appreciative!! I’ve managed doctors offices for years and have been a nurse myself for 15 years so I know it’s rare to have that great of an experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this office. I chose to find another vet after an initial appointment here with my 2 yr old dog. The vet spent one minute at most checking my dog’s body. He’s a working dog and I explained his physical condition is extremely important. I had some concerns about a lump near hip and retained puppy tooth and wondered if it should come out with his neuter surgery. When I asked about them again after they went unaddressed with the quick once-over the vet told me “yeah, I noticed that”. No input, no identification of which hip he had found it on, or if it wasn’t something to be concerned about.

I chose another vet because I didn’t think there was a thorough exam done on my dog. I felt the appointment was rushed and I didn’t want a neuter to be rushed as well.

The next vet I took him to did a thorough physical exam, a quick cytology check to confirm the lump wasn’t a concern, looked at the tooth extensively and determined it warranted a X-ray during neuter and could pull at the same time if needed. In the long run both things were a non-issue but investigated properly instead of “noted”.

For most of us out pets are valuable and we don’t have a solid understanding of the intricacies of a dog’s structure. We rely on our veterinarian to identify and help us through the “I just kind of noticed” moments we see that we think are off. I didn’t feel like NW vet was the right fit for my needs.

Brought my chihuahua here to get her tested for parvo because she was throwing up in the night. The staff is extremely receptive and caring. They made sure to check on my dog every hour and make sure she was comfortable. After running some tests, it was determined she didn't have parvo but there were some recommendations that the doctor had for her. They offered to have me follow up the next day if necessary and call to confirm the appointment. They have great customer service skills and take good care of your animals. I have taken my cat here and my dog and have confidence in them, and will bring them back in the future.

This place is great. Every issue that has popped up they get me in ASAP. I can't get that treatment with my own medical issues.
