Best service I have had at a physicians office in a very long time! Check in on a Saturday morning around 10am was quick and easy. I was called back within a few minutes of finishing check in. Nurse was pleasant and efficient. Jeremy the physicians assistant or nurse practioner(not sure which) that saw me came in almost right away after the nurse left. He was so friendly, understanding and I felt that he really listened and cared. He didn't try to rush me when I was talking. X-ray was done quickly and efficiently. Jeremy came back in the room shortly after looking at x-ray, showed me the pictures and explained the images to me. He gave me good advice on what to do for my problem and prescribed me an anti-inflammatory. I can't tell you how impressed I was with him. After having so many bad medical experiences, going to an urgent care on a Saturday was actually made pleasant by him. Thank you soooooo much! I'll be telling everyone about this office and my experience.

Ashley hall is by far the best care physician I have ever seen! She is very polite and genuine. When I was at AFC she made the process very easy for me and make me feel right at home. I would recommend seeing here 10/10. I will be making Ashely hall my primary care physician from here on out!

Very clean office, nice staff. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is they don't disclose how much a visit it. It was 350.00 for a strep test. Would have been nice to have an idea of costs before going when I knew what needed checked.

Went in for a cough and all I wanted was something to help me sleep. So what did the Dr do? Told me to take Musinix and a warm shower. I won't be going there again. Unfortunately I can't get into my normal Dr until next week so I'm stuck with no relief or help. I have two stars because the receptionist and nurse were very nice.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The staff at the front desk was super sweet. But the care from the male practitioner (I can’t remember his name at the moment) was horrendous. There was a female practitioner that was fantastic that I had for my first visit related to Workman’s Comp from Amazon. But the guy I had going forward was ridiculous. By my second visit, I was in tears because of the pain. He looked at me and said, “it’s just a back injury, you’ll be fine in a couple weeks”. Even my case worker for workman’s comp had gotten previous complaints that he had TERRIBLE bedside manner.

I came in here severely dehydrated and extremely terrible muscle aches. I am grateful to the provider who saw me, FNP Kimberley Odom. She showed she genuinely cared and attempted to make me as comfortable as possible. She earned Sterling Urgent Care the additional star over receiving just one. Even in the foggy state of mind I was in, I felt instantly uncomfortable walking into the waiting room. I had been here before when it was AFC and it was very welcoming and put you at ease. The vibe this time was instantly that this is all business. The multiple advertisements for getting your money really added to this. I could also tell that no full transition after buying out AFC had taken place so that added weirdness to the vibe.
I do feel and agree with other reviewers that this place is an absolute price gouger. I would see Odom again, but I would never return here because I do not trust that Sterling Health has patients in mind as humans, only as business.
One of the codes on my bill was 99204, which is a new patient office visit, level 4. It's annoying to even read 'new patient' when I went to this place because I thought I would be going to AFC, where I had been a patient before. I also looked up what this code means and don't agree with it being used. It seems like these codes don't tend to have consistency in the first place because of the health system being so rigged that it isn't worth battling. Regardless, the cost for office visit alone with its determination as level 4 was $350. This was the majority of the bill as the the whole visit itself was $452.35 using Blue Cross Idaho.
