Dr. Lana came to our home and was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything as she was doing it and made sure that our boy, Odin, was 100% comfortable. I never felt rushed or like I needed to hurry up and say goodbye. She graciously gave us time to really say our final goodbyes and treated Odin with amazing grace and dignity. It’s never an easy process to lose a pet, but Dr. Lana made it just a smidge bit easier. I’ll be forever grateful for her. ?

I reached out Compassionate in Home Pet because I wanted a different experience than I had the last time I had to say goodbye to my furry friend. They were absolutely fantastic! Took and very hard difficult time and made very comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. So respectful, compassionate, and gentle. Thank you for making such a hard, sad day a little less stressful. We thank you for helping our 14 year old boy, Willis pass in the comfort of his home.

Dr. Roberts is absolutely the best! I have unfortunately had to let go of another of our best friends, Cheetah. He had a great life, I knew what to expect this time, from prior experiences....I texted her that morning and within 2 hrs she was at my house and helped put Cheetah in that place where he can chase squirrels and be free of pain! She is amazing!!! She is kind, compassionate, gentle, and so giving of herself. She talks you through everything. Honestly this is one of the hardest things to do, but she is the only person I would ever trust with something that is so close to my heart. The world is a much better place with Dr. Lana Roberts in it! She is simply the best!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart....once again!

This was my baby, the love of my life, her name was Lucy. She was too young to have to travel over the bridge. I believe she had a stroke so I reached out to them, I spoke to both Drs, Dr Lana was out of town so Dr Williams came out to my house to help, she was comforting, compassionate and very understanding. All I could do was cry while holding her, she gave me time and talked me through everything. We carried her out and she made an extra trip to deliver her ashes and keychain. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, honestly this is one of the most memorable moments in my life.... Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing what you do!! You are angels!!!

Sadly, the health of my precious Indie, of 15 years, was failing quickly and I needed to make the toughest decision of my life with having to say good-bye to my best friend.
In the same day two people highly recommend Dr. Lana Roberts with Compassionate in Home Pet Euthanasia.
My daughter had handled the detailsand made an appointment and arrangements were made for Dr. Lana Roberts to meet with us at my home to facilitate the passing  of my beloved Indie.
I honestly can say, Dr. Lana Roberts put a calm in the room the minute she walked in with her professionalism, knowledge, patience and sympathetic kindness. She explained every detail every step of the way of the procedure. She and her associate, treated my sweet Indie with the compassion and respect she deserved. I am thankful that I had found such a caring company to ensure my dog was well taken care of without any issues in the comfort of our home. There was only one thingthat is a minor fix. As my daughter handled the details for me it was her name that was put on the Death certificate Card as the owner instead of mine. Not too big of a deal, only needed clarity of who the owner was.  But that's an easy fix compared to how much I entrust this company with the compassionate loving care of my beloved pet.

We were so grateful for the wonderful service provided by Compassionate In Home Pet Euthanasia for our dog, Molly. Lana Roberts, DVM was able to come out the same day we called and she explained everything so thoroughly and was so kind and gentle, allowing us all the time we needed to say goodbye. The whole process was peaceful and calm, making the worst day in a pet owners life more bearable. We received her ashes in a nice wooden box with a certificate and memorial token. We highly recommend her when it comes time to say goodbye to your furbaby.

Lana is so kind. Lana immediately responded to my text (9 pm on a Friday!) Lana did not rush us through the process of letting our sweet girl go and explained each step and what to expect. Her compassion and empathy was so needed and appreciated. She made this difficult time as easy as it possibly could be. Professional, compassionate, competent.

Lana came out to Caldwell and helped my mom and I put down our family dog. She did a wonderful job making sure we understood the process, giving us the time to grieve as we went through each step and our dog Rusty felt safe the whole time. She helped me in getting paw prints done after he had passed and overall made this experience for us far less traumatic and overwhelming.
A huge thank you to you Lana for everything. This is the way to honor your pet and doing it in their home where they feel safe is an unmatched feeling. I will never do it any other way. ❤️
