I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

We have an extremely reactive dog that would never let other vets touch him, making getting his checkups and vaccines virtually impossible. We were actually asked by another vet not to bring him back. We took him to Ina Rd. Animal Hospital based on recommendations from others and they have been nothing short of incredible. We explained the situation on our first visit and the entire staff was extremely understanding. After meeting with Dr. James we devised a plan of bringing him in for several short visits just for him to get more comfortable with the environment and the staff. Dr. James offered us reduced fees for these visits and did not charge us at all for a couple of the visits after things did not go as planned (no fault of theirs). After several visits, Dr. James was able to successfully administer the vaccines.

The entire staff was amazing, especially Frank and Dr. James. We felt as though we were truly listened to at all times and were involved in the care of our dog. The patience they exhibited shows how much they truly care about the animals they care for.

I don't have enough good things to say about this vet! Dr. Devey has saved my dogs' life 3 times now! My dog has a bad habit of eating things (hes a lab..)! The first one was over 5 years ago and the experience was as good as you could have with a dog at the vet! The next one was only 2 months ago - he ate a whole stuffed animal..! We called and they got us in within the hour and he was in surgery shortly after that! He had to have a 2 night hospital stay and they sent me picture updates and the doctor called me every morning for an update! The most recent one was just yesterday! He ate a scrunchy. We called and they remembered him from his last surgery and they got us in immediately and he was in surgery within the hour. He had to stay over night again and the same amazing experience. Picture updates and vet updates! Dr Devey and staff are completely trusted by me with my fur baby and I'm so thankful for their whole team! I will never be able to repay them for saving his life (3 times)!! If you are looking for a vet for emergency or regular care, this is the place to go! Thank you Ina Road Animal Hospital! ❤️

Love this vet! They always treat my pets well and care about their health. The prices are fair and they’ll go over everything with you before hand. One of my doggos is awful for nails with me and they always manage to get him clipped! The place is super clean and everyone’s always friendly, great location too
