I understand accidents happen, but the way you handle them says a lot. If a dog goes missing from your facility, you have to put the effort in to find them. You also find a way to contact the owner or spread the word the dog is gone. What happened? What are you not being honest about? It would have been way better to admit fault and do better. I won't recommend this facility to anyone.

Does not provide proper service. Lack of surveillance has led to multiple dogs going missing. Also the lack of responsibility. If you're going to take care of others animals for a low price that's on you. Losing your customers animals or them coming back into the care of the customer seeming abused is not a good look. Do better.

absolutely devastated for the family of the akita! How do you 1. Lose a dog at your facility when it’s your job to be watching them. 2. Not contact the owner about their missing pet. I 110% bet you knew what was coming and “tried” looking for him and knew the owners were coming back soon. What a devastating way to find out your dog is missing when they put trust in you to watch their pet. Truthfully what are you getting paid for? Neglect and somehow letting animals get out/lost. Im completely in shock with how this facility is still open. I hope this becomes a case and all of you are charged with not only this situation but for the many many other situations that I have seen in reviews. I hope karma gets you and you get shut down. To the akita family we all stand with you and hope your baby is found alive and hopefully soon. Terrible way for them to start off the new year and Christmas. Wish you had the heart to watch these animals and take care of them and even so if they got out had the decency to tell the owner no matter how bad it would affect you. I hope if this pet is found deceased that they sue you. Not a great way for your facility to start the new year.

Anyone wanna explain how a dog went missing from YOUR facility and you failed to notify the owners?! Where is Ace?!

I have also heard this is NOT the first time this location has LOST animals while IN the Dog Spots care! SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR ANYTHING! They have been REPORTED to the authorities.

This facility will “lose” your dog and not tell you right away. AND not help in anyway finding him. Owner walked the dog yard and couldn’t find anyway possible way he could escape (if it was already fixed, don’t you think he would be informed that by staff?). The staff don’t even know where he “got out”. No camera footage either. They either stole the dog or something happened to the dog and they are trying to cover it up with a “he went missing story”. Do NOT bring your fur babies here. This dog did not “run away” and they know exactly what happened to him!!!!

How do you lose a dog and then not contact the owner He found out 4 days later when he came to pick up his dog.
DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR PETS TO THIS BUSINESS!!
As of this date, December 30, 2024, the dog is still missing. Five days gone.

How do you lose someone’s dog and then not contact them for five days until they come in to pick up? Seeing this missing baby be lost from a boarding facility like this - I would never recommend that kind of a mess.

Out of towners here, not sure what happened. We had our dogs stay with them for 8 days. The owner said they feed the same dog food as we do so we didn't have to bring any and that they would feed them. When I picked up my dogs they both looked starved. My one dog has ribs and back bone showing as pictured. My other lost weight as well but does not look as bad as my other. My dogs scarfed their food and water down and then proceeded to throw up throughout the night.
My dogs also act like they have been ABUSED. They cower and run when my husband and I raise our voice a little to talk to one another if we are across the room from each other. They also cower if we try to pet them on the head (especially while they are feeding)
I am not sure what happened but I WILL NOT ever bring my dogs here again. I recommend others to do the same. I feel terrible for leaving my animals here.
