I absolutely love my doctor. This review is being written because of my annoyance that you guys NEVER answer the phone!! Then when I leave a message asking for you to leave me a message because I'm at work, you call back and don't leave a message! Ugh...so I guess the clinic number is just a place to leave messages nowadays. Get it together please. It didn't used to be like this.

I’m a faithful very pleased patient of Dr Daniel Smith. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable physician/surgeon who
has a gift of communicating with patients and takes his time to ensure I (and others) understand the treatment which reduces my anxiety and stress
so I can relax and focus on healing and self care. He is an excellent surgeon and his staff reflect positively both in person and on the phone. I am willing to travel to Driggs from Idaho Falls to be one of his patients which should prove his worth and expertise.

Small town community with the compassion that you have not and will not find anywhere else. Great, great facility and staff from the moment you walk in that continues until you leave. I was seen by Janine wWhetherite at the clinic on very short notice. She was did a very thorough exam and was very genuinely interested in my health. She was very friendly and professional, and help me connect with the clinic in Rexburg that can get the MRI that I need. The whole Driggs clinic is top-notch and very well-managed

Dr Horrocks is the best! He is always very helpful, compassionate and caring!! So grateful he practices here in Teton Valley.

The services provided by nurses and doctor were great. However, I have experienced challenges with the billing department regarding insurance. The manager over the billing department has been very kind, but it has been very stressful.

Clinic visit for a positive COVID antigen test and symptoms of COVID-19. Wish it could have been handled as an internet visit as I knew what the appropriate treatment should be and demonstrated that I met all the criteria for that treatment. Kristen provided excellent care and ensured that I was fully aware of potential adverse occurrences and the need to return should they appear.
