I was very disappointed upon visiting this store. I'm not sure if all area goodwill are ran the same, but I was very disappointed. I went in trying to find some clothes for my son. Only to find that they no longer sort the children's clothes. Boys, girls, and all sizes are all mixed together which makes it a nightmare to shop. So I just completely bypassed that. Another thing that bothered me was that several items are "exempt" from the discount color. I was looking at glassware only to find that nothing had prices, when I asked an employee I was given a short response that all the glassware was 1.99, like it was common knowledge. Seems pretty high to me for some of it. Also they made an announcement that no one was allowed to take anything from the wares cart until an employee had put it all away, which honestly makes no sense at all to me. I am a huge thrift store shopper and goodwill used to be great, this store in particular used to be the most organized in the area. I'm really not sure if I will be returning to this store, or any goodwill of chattanooga store.

Goodwill has gotten way over priced. The same price for similar items with stains as some that look brand new. What happened to the meaning "Goodwill"

Every time We go in this store, an employee Leona, gives us a nasty and dirty look. They have clothing but no prices on them. It's deceiving, they can charge you what ever they want because of that. This organization is Theft. The CEO put more and more money in his pocket while the prices of donated items, they get for FREE, gets up charged to retail prices. REDICULAS AND A RIPP OFF!!!!!!!

That's all, as the owner can say? I find bargains at the other thrift stores around yours that goes to a great cause unlike your overpriced free stuff and a rich CEO that gets richer every year!!!!!!!!!!

The store was fairly organized but sizes were mixed up. This is a large store so I can see how it would be difficult to maintain all the clothes with so many people going through them. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We checked out this Goodwill Store for the first time on Friday. It was clean, neat, easy to get around in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good bargains. We did not find much today we needed or wanted, but found two treasures. One toy for .99 Cents and a whisk for .99 cents. That is just the luck of the draw. Though we did not find much today I'd go back to try again.

Absolutely love this location! The staff and management here are top notch! Super friendly, super helpful and because I’m here a lot they know me by name. Lots of great deals! Merchandise is constantly changing so you never know what treasures you will find here. I used to come everyday but due to work schedule I am limited to about 1 time a week now but it’s still great to stop by and see what’s new! I highly recommend this location!

Great location! I am always thrilled with the selection. Recently I found some great dresses and shoes. It’s great to have this store in the neighborhood. Staff is always friendly 🙂
