One of the worst Goodwills I’ve ever been in. Had an unprovoked hostile interaction with the employees. Definitely wouldn’t come back to this particular location. Had a separate interaction with the employees that almost had the cops involved. Wasn’t even going to Goodwill, I was parked out front of the donation area in the Lowe’s Pro parking area, a couple employees approached me after starring at me for several minutes. They were warning me not to go through their dumpster and making threats to call the police if I went through their trash. Well, I’m no trash picker. I was deeply offended that someone would accuse me of any sort of thievery while just sitting in my car. Also the fact that they throw most of the stuff that gets donated to them in a big dumpster is insane. The store hardly has things in it half the time so that showed me where most of the donations go. Right in the trash. Do yourself a favor and donate/shop at a better thrift store like Bethel in Sparta. This place is trash.

This used to be the last goodwill that wasn't rude to customers but they've got some new people that have ruined it. I saw bedbugs on the mens suits too. But dont be yelling at your customers over the loud speakers to not touch the carts yall are unloading. We're literally helping your dumb selves with your job by taking things off you dont have to put up. So yall like putting stuff up so much I'll make sure you got plenty to put up. If your weird new employees are too triggered to treat your customers right then I'll go the the other thrift stores and take my weekly donations with me.

This place was empty! It had plenty of customers but nothing much to sell. The housewares aisles were almost completely bare. I've seen typical garage sales with more books. The selection of clothing for men and women wasn't much better. It was pretty clean, I'll give them that and employees were friendly.

I've just never seen another goodwill store quite like this. I'm sure it's the economy... Either people aren't donating like they used to or people are scooping everything up. I don't know how they generate enough money to keep the doors open.

Truth exposed !
- Each color is put on shelves and ran for 8 days before it is chosen for the color of the day 50% off.

- Color tagged Clothes are switched out after hours to avoid being ran the next day as 50% off color of the day.

-Items that people donate are ran threw Checklist and pulled to the side if have any big value and are sold online listed as unknown private seller.

-Donation Organizations are only required to give 15% of their profits to carry this label as a free giver to those in need. Goodwill meets the requirements by working people with disabilities. While getting a big tax write off for doing so.

Red Cross reaches out to second hand stores for donations which go to people effected by disasters. Goodwill is one of the very few that will not donate for free.

We are aware of the fact that their is wolfs in sheep's clothing but we never give thought to the sheep that lacks clothing due to the wolf.

Staff was friendly and super helpful. Cant say enough about good customer service nowadays and this Goodwill went above and beyond. Given the impression they truly care about their clientelle. Ill definitely be visiting on every trip through McMinnville and will encourage others to do the same.

I think who ever is doing the pricing at this store has lots their mind. I look at a glass candy dish that had two chips in it and they wanted $19.99 for it you can get it cheaper in a antique store. I will never donate to this store ever agin. The executives of this store must get a new BMW a year. This is a Goodwill not Macy’s

It is clean and well organized. The day I went there was a very limited selection of home goods. Clothing was the majority of the merchandise offered fr sale.

Staff could be nicer and friendlier. I walked in 5 mins before closing, and a woman, very emotionlessly and blankly said "we close in 5 mins" I understand it is annoying when that happens and they are ready to go home, and you might not like how someone looks, but she could have at least SMILED, said welcome to goodwill or have a nice night when I left, which I wasn't in there but maybe 3 minutes tops, and they were all being friendly enough with the woman who was already in there. Just sayin....not the best customer service.....But this was the only not so good experience I had there, and they do have really good things at good prices, I just was not impressed with the treatment I received tonight.
