Nurses were kind and compassionate. Took the time to carefully check in and make sure I was comfortable. Dr. J made sure all necessary tests were run. Read tests immediately, treatments I needed were promptly given sent home with enough medication until a pharmacy was open made sure I was stabilized entire staff was kind, friendly, empathic, and professional. I would highly recommend Bingham Memorial Hospitals ER

The one in Pocatello doesn’t take me or my pain seriously. I been living in horrible pain for the last 8 years and when I went into the Blackfoot emergency room they got me in fast which I understand can’t happen every time but they literally treated me with kindness they cared they understood and they listened. They helped with the pain and that was the first time in years I felt relief from the pain, I will be going there for now on. That’s how doctors and nurses should treat you. I felt like I mattered and finally someone was taking me seriously. It was nice not being judged for once.

I am 62 and was in the ER for 8 hours in extreme pain watching patient after patient go back before me. I was told that they were “worse” off than I was. It was near midnight when I was told I would be next as I watched four others go back before I was called. They really ought to do something about their “call back” system. This happened on Christmas Day. Ho ho ho to me. I had driven up from Pocatello because I refuse to go to the hospital here.

I received a same day surgery at the hospital from Dr. Jones. The entire hospital staff from admissions, phlebotomist, anesthesiologist and ER nurses were all professional, friendly and kind. I was well cared for and in good hands for my surgical procedure. It is rare to receive this level of customer service and it did not go unnoticed.

I wish that I could give this hospital a ZERO! I see a fabulous doctor there through telehealth. I live in another state. I could not get ANYONE to return my call when my feet went numb! I made 10 different attempts, through the portal, by phone and through the on call nurses! Finally, I complained to the office manager and the complaint department. Yes, they apparently need a whole department!

I cried during my next appointment due to all of the issues I had getting help, and the doctor told me that he had little say about who gets hired or how things run. BIG MISTAKE Bingham! The doctor should be able to release ineffective staff.

I tried to get my daughter to see this wonderful doctor. They received her intake forms in January. They had to reschedule a few times, and she had an awards evening and was receiving awards, so we rescheduled once. She finally got an appointment a month ago. This week, we were going to go over her test results. She has been exhausted and sleeping A LOT for months. Well, they could not hear us on the video call. When the office called me, they said that I could pay 200.00 to have a phone call with the doctor or reschedule. This was their failure. They could hear me! I could see and hear them. Was it hospital policy to charge a patient AND charge the insurance? Needless to say, the appointment did not happen, and my child has to feel sick and exhausted for yet another month. So, from January to September, we could not get any help.

Additionally, you can only get on 15 minutes prior to the telehealth appointment to work out tech. issues, and if there is a glitche that goes 15 minutes after your appointment, your appointment is canceled, or you could pay 200.00 to talk on the phone. My daughter and I tried multiple things. They tried nothing and didn't have any clue how to help. This happened to me twice before, also. This system is new and does not work properly. At first, I was told that the system has a lot of issues. This time, I was told that is only us. ?

I have a health issue that gets worse with stress. Thanks, Bingham Memorial! You added a lot of stress to my life. I will not use this hospital for anything else, and I am considering dropping this amazing doctor.

I went to Bingham hospital from Shelley , Idaho, which Idaho falls is a little bit closer, but I love Bingham hospital way better!! EIRMC hospital is dirty, they don't have housekeeping come in and clean and the floor was disgusting and nobody changes the bed. So I'm missing Bingham hospital because of tumor on my heart so I was taken by ambulance to EIRMC. Wish I could have stayed there at Bingham hospital. The nurses and DR, were very kind and friendly and compassionate.
