Everyone from front desk to techs to the doctor is delightful. The offices are bright and clean. I love that they let me bring both of my cats in together in one appointment. They were so patient and gentle with my shy boys. Thorough examination and questions - I felt they really took their time and weren't rushing. I know my boys are as healthy as they can be with the help of University Pet Clinic.

Extremely unprofessional. Terminating an account without explanation after 20 years 2 hours before a scheduled appointment. No curtesy call or contact from the vet. Very disappointed. This truly is no longer the clinic of the retired Dr Schorr. As a physician- I implore people to be vigilant in advocating for your pets and loved ones. Had I not been a physician with medical knowledge and advocated for my pet, my dog would not be still begging me for treats. This is no longer a place to build long lasting relationships.

I had to put my sweet kitty down and all the folks at the university pet clinic were kind and respectful during the whole process. The place was clean, homey and relaxing. Plus the pricing was very fair. I will be taking all my pets to this clinic from now on.
