A lovely assistant named J.J. Was tremendous. She came in with a warm smile. She ask about the muzzle needed on the dog. She considered what I said. She kept old with me and brought the doctor to us. So old dog did not have to be muzzled. Amazing an attendant that.

I was relatively new to the Tucson area when my Yorkie needed more specialized care and I was referred to Continental Ranch Pet Clinic by my pastor.
The first face representing CRPC to me was Azra and she definitely made an amazing impression. It is always difficult when your “babies” aren’t well and it can be even more challenging when trying to formulate new bonds for healthcare. But Azra was so welcoming, patient and efficient. She set Boaz up in the system and answered my questions making the process so much easier. She has such a bubbly personality that I always look forward to seeing her and a super plus, she immediately fell for my Boaz.
It has been a difficult period of treatment for my Yorkie but CRPC has been there to try and help navigate a plan for treatment and a good quality of life. All of the doctors, technicians and staff are kind, supportive and knowledgeable. The office is bright and neat and the exam rooms are clean and sufficient. Anytime Boaz has had a procedure I was kept updated.

I would not hesitate to refer anyone to CRPC just like someone recommended them to me.

Last November my dog, Poopa, was unable to walk and our then regular vet told us to try Continental Ranch because they could not see us. Dr. Carlson was amazing and was able to tell that it was Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia which was confirmed later. He left me very quickly after this but I am so grateful for the urgency in which they saw him and helped me with him before he passed. Afterwards, they sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which was completely unexpected and very moving. I adopted a puppy in December and again, Dr. Carlson came to the rescue with recommendations for digestive calming remedies as my Tillie is quite reactive. When the natural remedies did not work, she was able to add in Sertraline, which is working. I adopted a tripawd, Loki, and she was able to give me recommendations for his care including a referral to A Loyal Companion and a surgical consult to ensure that his leg is healing. She even gave me information for a nutritionist to help get his weight down a little.
Milo, my cat had horrific skin issues that they've managed until we were able to be seen by dermatology. Most recently, my oldest baby, Callie, has needed follow up after her dermatologist left and they've been so kind and accommodating with monthly cytopoint injections. She is 13 and I am afraid of surgery but she has a mass on her gums that needs to come off. Dr. Brown and Dr. Talkington met with me to help put my mind at ease in regards to the surgery and all of the precautions that they take. I went on vacation in June and was worried about running out of medicine. Sabrina ensured that I had everything that night, which really put my mind at ease. Azra is also so helpful when I call and need an appointment or need to pick up medications. Ashley, Megan, and Kim have all been wonderful veterinary assistants. Everyone greets my babies and sits with them to comfort them. I am so grateful to everyone at Continental Ranch Pet Clinic. Thank you for helping me take care of my babies when I need it urgently and for all the spectacular routine follow up care. You guys are the best!

Today we had two DeafBlind individuals needing assistance with giving insulin injections to their diabetic cat. Giving injections is a tough thing even for sighted people. I want to give a HUGE shout out to the tech Cat. She was extremely patient and has excellent communication skills. Can’t wait to work with you again! Thank you so much for all your help!

Was passing through Tucson on a road trip, and had an emergency with my dog. Every vet I called said they would be unable to help due to being understaffed/overbooked or closed because of the holidays. This clinic was able to take my dog in right away and we were able to pick him up in a couple of hours. The staff was all very kind and compassionate, as was the vet himself. I also was surprised that the cost was extremely reasonable for an emergency visit. Would definitely go back if I lived in the area. Thanks so much to the staff and vet for taking care of Rocko. ❤️
