They offer walk in appointments. I had horrible sciatica pain and needed help. Tyler Moore NP was my provider and jumped in immediately helping me to get relief and didn't stop there, he set up further appointment with specialists immediately. Referrals and prior authorizations were taken care of quickly. I've done more being under his care and the help of his amazing nurses than after 20+ years of suffering, he's getting to the root of my issues. Huge Thank You to him and his staff for giving me the help I've needed. They keep me informed and reminds me of future appointments with them and the team of specialists I'm scheduled to see. He listens and truly cares! So grateful to have found someone like him! Madison Health, he's a keeper!

I was not impressed with the doctor I had seen for my newborns 2 week follow up appointment. I typically see Doctor Brunson at seasons, but because I wanted to get my baby boy circumsized, I needed to go to a different doctor for that procedure. I was sent to Doctor Joseph Watson for this procudure because he is was the doctor who did the type of circumcison we were wanting.
This was my experience, PLEASE READ*
During this procedure, Doc Watson's phone started ringing. Instead of ignoring the phone call and calling them back, he decided to take the phone call. He took one of his gloves off and reached in his pocket to grab his phone. With the hand that still had a glove on, he swiped to answer the call. He then procedes to have a conversation on the phone while in the middle of a circumcision procedure. He then decides to hold the phone in between his chin and shoulder and continue the procecure, while still on the phone. As he ended the phone call, he put his phone back in his pocket and finished the procedure with one gloved and and one hand without a glove. The phone call was about lab orders, which I felt could have waited and could have been a call back as the procedure doesn't take a very long time. He applied the vasaline with both hands and never once resanitized or washed his hands. I could not believe it! I was too stunned and shocked to say anything in the moment. And this was definitly a first for me. I am a first time mom and I didn't know what to even say. I do not recommend Doctor Watson to anyone. It was very careless and he never once appologized or even addressed it.

We love Rexburg Medical Clinic & Dr. Watson. Very professional, competent and caring. We've (husband & myself) other doctors & nurse practitioners & we very happy with the care received. Telehealth appointments are a life saver, especially during the winter months, as we are older & live 75 miles away.

Went in as a CASH pay patient. I was told by the man working reception that it would be $150, pay $50 now, they would be the remaining $100 later. Received a bill for over $300. Called and left multiple messages asking for a call back, no one called, they sent it to collections after making a small “adjustment.”
I worked in medical billing for years and this practice is shady when it comes to billing. Would not recommend if you are a CASH pay patient!!!

*UPDATE- they gave me a number to call regarding my concerns and the number isn’t even to them. It’s a personal number…..smh

I have been bringing my kids to the many doctors at Rexburg Medical for several years and I have truly never had a negative experience. The doctors are all very attentive and kind and listen to your concerns with empathy. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I had an experience today that really made me want to. My 4 year-old son is autistic and has a really hard time with doctor’s appointments. We needed to go in today to get a form filled out and the staff, specifically Nancy and Dr. Moore, were so incredibly compassionate and understanding and never made us feel rushed or bad for struggling with the whole process. Love this office and will continue recommending to everyone I know.

Dr Corey is a great doctor who cares about his patients. I have gone to many places where all the doctor wants is to kick you out as soon as possible. They don't even listen to you at all to begin with. They rush the whole thing and move on.

Dr Corey doesn't act that way, he spends the time, listens to your concerns and treats you according to the medical facts, while showing compassion at the same time.

I was seeing a doctor for months, but every single time I go it felt like we just met for the first time over and over again. The first time I met Dr Corey, it felt like he was my doctor for decades.

I am satisfied with my experience so far going to this clinic. If you want a Doctor who truly cares about you and wants the best for you then you know who to go see.

Update: This is going to be my clinic for a long time. My first review didn't talk about how nice the nurses are and how ready they are to help you with challenges you face.

I also realized Dr Corey does his best to make sure you are healthy in every way. He doesn't rule out the little things. He makes sure he checks and confirms everything is okay before moving on, he stands with you till you are healthy again and gives you world class service.

I say this because I have met many doctors who don't look at the simplest things that could go out of hands if you don't work on them now.

When you've met so many doctors you have no choice than to praise the best one you meet. The one who actually cares compared to the rest.

Do NOT go see Colby Brower. After being told I needed to come in after talking to a nurse about a possible miscarriage. They told me they couldn’t do anything and to go home and wait it out because I was FOR SURE having a miscarriage and to not go to the hospital because it wasn’t a big enough deal for them to get me an ultrasound sound after
That I was able to get into see my regular doctor the following Monday and I found out He gave me wrong information and had no idea what he was talking about. My baby was absolutely fine! I could not believe he is allowed to speak to women. I was devastated leaving that office.
