Came for my rabbit. She passed away suddenly and they were extremely kind holding her for me and even helping me with planning cremation. They worked with me in a way many others won't. I highly recommend them not just because of that. I can tell it's a great business and I will bring my dogs in one day to get them set up with routine care. I truly appreciate all the help more then you can imagine ?

First time here and impression was really awesome! Took our cat in for nails to trim and look at a sore near her ear. Great staff at front desk, tech Christina was great! Explained each meds needed, the diagnosis etc..And even the doctor stopped by to ask how my day was going. Where else do you get wonderful service. Bring your pet here- highly recommended A+++++

Stephanie was out cat's Vet Tech and she did a fabulous job! He felt comfortable with being in the office with her. He also enjoyed the Veterinarian. They did a wonderful job taking care of his health concerns.

As a first time pet urgent care customer, I have to say this was a pleasant encounter. I was impressed with everyone, from the receptionist to the veterinarian and everyone in between. They also had coffee available while you wait. What I liked most was that I was not pressured to make a decision, they let me think about it in the room and notified them when I was ready. I was able to customize the care based on my budget and they worked with me. The veterinarian was awesome. I would 100% recommend this facility.

This vet is awesome! They took good care of my boston terrier and made she was okay. All of the stuff is very friendly and caring. They answer all questions and are super friendly. Definitely recommend taking your dog here!!

This place is truly incredible. They saved my dogs life and supported my family through the entire ordeal. When my vet said I need to get my fur child to urgent care, I automatically looked at the magnet I had on my friend for EVUPC! I had met them about a year ago and always had them in the back of my mind hoping to never have to use them. But, the day came that I did need them and they were there for me and Bella. From the moment I called to walking into the office to the exam room and leaving; everyone was truly amazing! They showed genuine care for me as a customer and for my dog as a patient. Dr. Kulkarni was extremely communicative, thorough, and exceptional at following up. I highly recommend them to anyone! I also hear they are going to be at the Skyline East Mesa Farmers Market on November 17, December 15, January 12, February 9, March 23, April 13. Be sure to stop out to Power Rd & Baseline on from 9a-1p and meet them! Get your own magnet in case something every happens to your fur baby!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Went to a different vet first and thought this was going to be the end of the road for my dog blue. Was referred to East Valley Urgent pet care spoke to the veterinarian herself she was very confident that she could help us out. Immediately took him to her and she completely saved his life with no hesitation. Her and the staff were so welcoming and comforting everyone took to Blue like he was one of their own. I could not be more happy with this place and will forever be in debt with them. They are a godsend for sure. Even the prices were a third of what I was quoted from other places. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart for saving our protector.
