Dr. Zimmerman is the best. I have observed her giving both of my Cornish Rex cats extremely comprehensive exams when they were ill, all while telling me and my daughter exactly what she was feeling and seeing. I highly recommend Caring Critters. It’s a small clinic but with an excellent staff.

I decided I'd had enough of my previous large Corporate Veterinary service. They had become overly expensive and the staff personified the "cold" corporate environment.
This was our first visit to Caring Critters. My 7 year old Shetland Sheepdog, Cooper and I were impressed with the level of service, efficiency, and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and clearly cared about the pets and their owners. Dr. Schmidt was thorough in his examination. He was attentive and ask appropriate questions while in the process of diagnosing Cooper's recent issue. We updated Cooper's vaccines and I scheduled a follow up visit for a booster shot. I highly recommend Caring Critters. As long as they continue to demonstrate this level of Superior Service, I intend to use them forever more ?

The staff is amazing…. warm and friendly! Pricing for meds is very reasonable! Love it! My dog, Kelcie, does not to well with people, but the vet and assistant took the time to make her comfortable…PRICELESS!

My cat is a rescue kitty who literally turns into a feral cat when at the vet. I was very impressed with Natalie at Caring
Critters. She was not afraid of my cat and wrapped her in a towel sprayed with pheromones and held her while the doctor gave her necessary shots. It’s good to know I can take her to Caring Critters when she needs medical attention. And they are
close to home.

We recently adopted a shelter dog and needed a vet in the AJ area. Dr. Zimmerman and staff are down to earth and truly caring. Working methodically and unrushed, they are easing our dog’s fears and helping build trust.
Dr. Zimmerman has excellent communication skills, she explains exam processes clearly, answers questions, and discusses applicable recent research that coincide with findings or our questions. Her techs are knowledgeable as well and share helpful information. She and the techs have provided us with additional resources from medicine pamphlets to book excerpts, as well as followup phone calls from lab work.
This unassuming office has been a great choice for us. We have had several above and beyond experiences and would recommend this for anyone who wants a vet and staff who care!

The staff at Caring Critters are amazing. Yesterday Roxie got her nails done and the nail technician takes such good care of her. She has one nail that grows so fast and curls into her foot pad and the tech is able to always get it clipped down far enough so we do we don't have to come back every two weeks for one nail.

Brought my new calico kitty I adopted 2 months ago and my black beauty of 8 years for comprehensive exams and nail clipping. Wanted to keep them separate as they aren’t fully bonded yet as sisters and everyone was nice about accomplishing this and pleased with the entire staff.
