I have been using Northgate Small animal hospital since 2005. I have liked all the Vets they have had in all those years. I feel like they really care for their clients. Their prices are reasonable. But most of all I trust all the staff and they have taken great care of all my animals. I will continue to use them as long as I am living in this area.

Mu dog was diagnosed immediately with a pancreatic insufficiency disorder after another vet hospital blew off my suspicions forit. Affordable and high quality of concern and care. Dr. Miller is the best and very compassionate. Jax gained his weight back and is doing great with the enzyme prescribed for him.

Northgate treated my three dogs with so much care and gentleness. They were very informative with the conditions one of my dogs had as well as treatment. I am also grateful for how small the hospital is due to how anxious my dogs can become with all of the noise and other animals.

Excellent service and appointment times are met the vast majority of times. I've used Northgate the past 15 years and never second-guessed any treatments or had any complaints. On-line scheduling is also designed for the customer. I choose the date, the time, and the vet for each visit.

I moved to the area about 8 months ago and was desperately looking for a new vet for my senior fur baby who has several ongoing health issues. I am SO glad I found Northgate Small Animal Hospital. We've been to see them several times and the customer service and care is always timely and so kind and professional. Not just by the veterinarians, but the technicians and office staff as well. We've mostly seen Dr. Amy Edgar and she is fantastic. One time when she wasn't in we saw Dr. Luke Stahlheber and he was great as well. I'm so thankful to have this practice near me and appreciate their care and kindness. I've moved around a lot so I've been to many veterinarian practices. Northgate is definitely one of the best. The only complaint I have is some of their pricing is a little higher than what I have experienced elsewhere but I do feel like they give me the time and follow up to justify the costs. They don't rush you in/out and give time to go over all issues thoroughly and follow up after visits. I'm very satisfied with their services.

Dr Jamie Kennedy was super kind & professional. She didn’t guess as to what was the offending bacteria in Gus’s ears but checked microscopically. Then designed the antibiotic ear wash for his specific problem. Her assistant, Wyatt, was also very helpful
