We brought our dog to Thrive for emergency care. Unfortunately, her condition was not treatable. The staff treated us so kindly and were supportive of our decision and through the process of having to say goodbye to our dog. Dr. Hoffberg was wonderful, gave us her honest opinion and was willing to support us with any decision we made. We felt our dog was in the best hands. While we were devastated to have to say goodbye to our dog and make a very difficult decision, we felt cared for and supported. They have even reached out to us after her passing. I recommend this animal hospital if you’re looking for staff that shows compassion and gives honest advice.

I am so incredibly grateful to be a client here. From my initial emails, to the visit, to the check out and follow up - everyone has been so wonderful. Denise at the front desk was so quick to respond to my emails and jumped to help me the minute I walked in the door. Ashley, Tina, Josie & Ang were the people behind the scenes that deserve a ton of recognition for being so compassionate, gentle and patient with my cats. Dr. Hartmann was so thorough and never made me feel like I was being silly. She took her time to answer all of my questions in a way that I was able to easily understand. Lastly, Dianne was very quick to get my checked out and send me my invoice for insurance immediately.

As a pet parent, my biggest concern is always the care that my cats receive. When I came here, I immediately knew they were in really good hands. I don't live nearby but it is worth the drive to be able to receive excellent care. Thank you again for taking care of my babies! I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough <3
