After recently moving to the Prescott area, an eye issue with my Cavalier became necessary. It was the day before Thanksgiving, and they got me in. They were so loving, caring and stress relieving. Dr. Merchant was wonderful to explain everything, and Diane was wonderful to work with also. I felt so good about this clinic, I have found my new Vet.

This was the best experience my Dog and I have ever had! They did not keep us waiting, and their energy was so loving and friendly that it really put my dog at ease. As the last experience he had was horrible and very traumatic. Lot of work was done and so well done and efficiently that my dog was not traumatized at all so neither was I!

Great care and great people. My animals are my family, so it matters where I take them. The clinic is clean and generally peaceful. Dr. Tammy always goes above and beyond. My pups are happy to see everyone. We are grateful for Harmony.

I felt like I needed to write another review to recognize Dr. Alveraz, I went to the open house on September 20th and in talking with different staff including Dr. Tammy who is just lovely and did my cat Brunos teeth surgery I talked with Dr. Alverez and I mentioned how he was acting and she asked how many days of pain meds did he get and I said 3 days worth, she said well we will get you some more and she made sure before leaving I had my med! What a lady!! Thank you!! Bruno is doing great now and back to being playful! I also mentioned to one of the front desk staff I don’t know her name about getting name tags for the staff because I like to call them by name. Just something to also look into.

Very friendly staff, affordable prices, the staff does not try to "over sell" or "force" you to purchase any additional treatments that are unnecessary.

UPDATE (4 MAR 24): I am returning from moving from the Valley a few years back, and my pet was due for everything. Not only did I finally get to see inside (My last visit was during the fake COVID, so my appointment was done outside). I never thought, out of all the vet clinics that I have been to, this was the nicest and the most upscale. How nice and upscale? We both got to wait on a very comfy couch, inside the exam room that was clean, organzied, and very tidy, while waiting for our doctor. We also finally got to identify the growth on my dog's side, and finally set a date for the removal, as well with a dental care appoinment, which as the doctor put it, can be done on the same day. The next update will be after the dental and the benign cyst removal appointment in June.

UPDATE (21 MAY 24): Dental and cyst removal was a success! The vet did want to leave the stitches in for another week, only because the surgical site was larger than normal (I agreed 100% to leave them in), however, the post-check up was free, painless, and the antibacterial wipes that they gave me to take home, did help with the healing process. I also like the fact that the clinic did call me to check up on Patton's well-being after the surgery and after the removal of the stitches.

This place has been so helpful to us and our dog! Dr. Joy, Jenn, Macie, and the whole team are so wonderful and kind! They all go above and beyond for our hound dog. He gets very anxious, loud, and uncomfortable in vet situations and the team here really makes us, and him, feel comfortable and welcome. So glad we found this office!
