I have been using this vet office for the past 10 years and would not consider any other veterinarian in the area. Dr Gerard is my absolute favorite. He is extremely respectful, patient, and very tolerant of my quite detail oriented way of caring for my three rescue dogs. I strongly recommend this office!

My dog King T’Challa has been going since birth and I LOVE this vet! It feels like a family. He’s broken his leg, has stomach and ear issues and he always comes out smiling. I can tell the staff love my pup and if he’s happy, I’m happy!

Well my first visit wasn’t initially how i expected it to go?not a funny story, sadly.
Had taken my puppy which I found unresponsive and not breathing when I came home for my lunch break. I appreciated very much how they took initiative when I had came in. They tried their best but sadly my fur baby wasn’t going to be coming back. They kept me updated throughout the whole thing and just kept making sure I was okay.
I had just brought her from my trip to Texas last week on 5/3/2024 she was originally going to be my 7 year old sister’s puppy but a lot of family complications occurred and I did everything to bring her up to Washington. She was only here as a Washington resident for 4 days. I loved the options they had for her, i will be getting my baby girl back sometime next week. Which I can’t wait, I’m glad they let me say my goodbyes to her. R.I.P Luna ?

I've used this vet for many years and typically had a good experience. The doctors seem to change frequently and so we haven't had a consistent vet for our dog. We had a serious, life-threatening issue last week and were paired with a doctor who had never seen her before. He seemed to very much care about our dog and truly have the best of intentions. After spending a full day at the vet's office, the doctor cleared our dog to come home. We had to immediately take her (within two hours) to the ER. The doctor at the ER told us that the dog never should have been sent home with us and should have been hospitalized. By that point, it was pretty much too late to save her and she passed away. She was almost 17 years old, so it may have been unavoidable, but I'll always wonder if we'd taken her to the ER sooner whether she could have been saved and still be with us. So we ended up spending $3,600 ($1,600 with our vet and $2K with the ER) in one day in a losing effort. Our vet sent us home with medication we had to pay for and we never even were able to use it because her condition was so dire. We now how no dogs left, so won't need a vet for awhile, but I'm thinking we will probably choose another vet.

We had a great experience with Dr. Lewis. She is warm and compassionate. She gave our sick cat a very thorough exam and then stated the options for treatment; one of which was "take the cat home, keep an eye on her, I think she will work thru her respiratory situation on her own" and Dr. Lewis was correct!

I absolutely love this vet office! I live next-door to a veterinarian office and will gladly drive to see everyone at this office. They treat my dog so exceptionally well. Their care is not over the top expensive. They take care of what needs to be done with compassion and knowledge. I highly recommend this office.

They are AWESOME!!! I have brought my cat here for the last 5 years, and I wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else. 2 of the visits were for injury or illness, and they got him in right away. The entire staff is caring and helpful. Prices are comparable to the couple of other vets I looked into. Let's face it, Healthcare for anyone isn't cheap, but the prices here seem reasonable to me. I'm a (male) childless cat lady?. My fur baby means the world to me, and I always feel like they care about him just as much as I do.

Had an emergency while doggie sitting for our daughter. They were closing in a few minutes, but ended up staying almost an hour to make sure our dog was taken care of and us as well.
