This place is absolutely the best. They genuinely care about their customers. I take my pitbull Treme to daycare once a week and anytime we go away we board her here. The love and care we get is over the top. On a scare of 1-10 I give them a 20. Thank you Eastern Animal Hospital for all you do, you guys are absolutly the best.

I had never been here before and to be honest wish I never had to go here, but not in the way you may think. I was on vacation and returned Sunday August 11th. As my son and I got to the car at the airport my husband called to tell me he was leaving for work and had the dogs out to do their business. He told me my Alaska (my beautiful all white blue eyed Siberian Husky was moving a little slower this morning, so I replied ok I’ll check her out when I get home. My son and I arrived home 44 minutes later only to find my baby passed say on the dining room floor. I have absolutely no idea what happened. I also didn’t know what to do who to call. I called my husband hysterically crying and he called me back letting me know a lady he worked with recommended calling Eastern Animal Hospital. Watching my two boys carry her lifeless body out (wrapped in a blanket) to the car just ripped me apart. We got to Eastern and the staff could not have been more caring, concerned (about me I was a mess) and compassionate!!!! They handled her with such gentle Care removing her from the car. I had her cremated and we picked a beautiful urn for her. Today is Friday and at 8:45PM I just got a call to let me know her remains were ready for pickup as well as her paw print. The man that called me again, so sympathetic and caring. Asked me if I was ok. In a time so very hard on me and my family, even with the circumstances Eastern Animal hospital could not have handled me, my family, and my beloved Alaska any better. Thank you

Love this place. Dr. Kaufman is wonderful and to say he has a pets interest at heart is simply a understatement! I've been seeing him for years and have the utmost respect for him. When it comes to medical decisions that is in my baby's best interest; Dr. Kaufman takes the time to explain everything in full detail to me so I can understand how it could benefit my Babe's. Thank you Dr. Kaufman. If I could leave 10 stars; I would!!

My experience with Eastern Animal Hospital was exemplary. I took my dog for urgent care. The Staff was so caring and empathetic. The Doctor was knowledgeable of the potential issues that could occur due to his injuries and he received the very best care. I even received a treat. I see why they have such a prestigious rating. The service we received was phenomenal ! Thank you taking great care of my fur baby!

The vets here are amazing and take great care of my cats so well. However the communication is absolutely lacking, twice now my husband and I have come in for an appointment are told by a tech that they will take our cat to the back and he should be ready in 30 minutes only to leave us sitting there for hours. And the issue is not that they are taking their time with the appointment it is the absolute lack of communication as to why 30 minutes has turned into 3 hours. If they had given the option to leave and come back to pick him up that would have been greatly appreciated. At this point it feels like the staff enjoys having us waste our time in their office.

My cat is a regular patient here ! My cat Chico was pretty sick and was diagnosed with gingivitis and my poor baby was not feeling well ! As well as his momma being overwhelmed ( first time cat mom here ?) . But Megan was SUPER nice and comforting during this time and tried her best to talk to me and assure me that everything is going to be okay ! And not to mention took good care of my baby even tho he not feeling himself. I really appreciated her words of encouragement and her being gentle w my baby ?

One of my children, Charles, had the absolute pleasure of scheduling his next appointment with Megan T. As always Megan was super helpful, and always has the answers to any questions we have. Highly recommend! Charles, Prince of Wails gives 9/10, only because of the type of appointment that was scheduled ✂️ 10/10 otherwise.
