We were traveling and my dog needed an injection for her allergies. They were wonderful in fitting me in and were very good with my dog . I would highly recommend this clinic. Since we hadn’t been there before we had to see the dr who was awesome and pricing with that was less than I thought it would be which was helpful

Took me forever to get an appointment here for my two dogs. I am used to human Doctors being late but I just cant do 30 mins at a Vet. As a disabled Veteran I was already struggling with two small dogs by myself and I told them I have my dogs records and not one person offered to help me seeing I was struggling with the papers... The atmosphere and the way they communicated with other customers turned me off and after 30 mins I had to take my services elsewhere. They seem fine with not missing any money and the clients they have.

My husband and I had to take our 12 year old Shih Tzu Sammy and have him put to sleep yesterday. It was the first time either of us have ever had to have a pet put down. They got us in super quick (as new clients) as his health was going downhill very fast. Everyone was so kind from reception to the tech to the vet herself. Dr. Hubbard was so kind and compassionate and really let us know we were making the right decision for our Sammy ❤️

Our family has taken several of our pets to swan creek over the years & we’ve had great experiences with the entire staff.

Our dog Spikey had to be euthanized in 2016 & the staff walked me through the entire process and gave me time to grieve with him in the room. Just last month on NYE my dog Oreo unfortunately had to be euthanized as well and the staff made a very sad situation comfortable, from the receptionist who explained the process & how sorry she was for our loss, to the doctor and then when they sent us a card in the mail and called to let us know his ashes were ready for pick up. Oreo lived a very long and happy life thanks to your care.Thank you to the staff of Swan Creek for being so caring during such a hard time for our family. ?

I will not be returning to the clinic. They serve a particular culture of people, from the lack of eye contact to the oppressive treatment. The doctor couldn't even look me in the face, and the front desk made me feel horrible. They should just put a sign on the door like they did back in the day. This way, we know not to come. Horrible! I walked out feeling horrible! Sometimes, I wonder if we are living in 2024.

The staff at Swan Creek have always been amazing to my pets. They do their utmost to take the best care of them. Even during these rough times, they’ve taken the time to explain and instruct me in the proper care of my sweet kitties. They will forever be my vet clinic.

Best veterinary clinic around. Nothing but good experiences. the staff have gone as far as moving appointments and giving up their lunch breaks to get my dog in for urgent appointments and emergency surgery. they have been great to go to for my dogs entire time here with us. Strongly recommend.
