Patient First located in the Perry Hall Crossing Shopping Center deserves 5⭐'s. My experience was beyond satisfactory, I have NO complaints!!

The facility was absolutely spotless. Upon entry, there is a small sanitary area with tissues, masks, and hand sanitizer available at your disposal. This is a very beneficial precaution everyone should take before entering the main waiting room.

My visit was very time efficient. I didn't have to wait, in fact one of the nurses politely greeted me and took me into her office to get checked in immediately. Just as quickly, I was taken to an exam room and my vitals were recorded. The doctor who saw me was very thorough and helpful. She listened to my concerns and took her time answering any questions I asked.

I highly recommend this Patient First!!!!!. The entire staff was extremely helpful and kind. I didn't feel rushed or unimportant in any way. I was treated respectfully and kindly by every employee I came in contact with. Additionally, the office called a few days later to follow up with my condition and to see if I needed any further assistance.

In the future, this is the only urgent care center I will visit if necessary!!!

This was my first visit to Patient First and I was extremely impressed with the way I was treated! I only waited a few minutes to be seen. Everyone was very warm and friendly. I was quickly diagnosed and treated. I was able to get three prescriptions there, saving me from a trip to my pharmacy. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Very pleased and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

This was my first time visiting Patient First due to an open fracture on my middle toe. I am very impressed with the first lady who dressed my injured toe; I forgot her name. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the biggest things for me is that I was an uninsured patient as an international student. I explained my situation, and I think his name was Jonathan. He charged me only for the X-ray and waived the rest of the bill.

I was misdiagnosed as younger with MS and non epileptic seizures. So I wasn't able to get insurence for a long time because "pre-existing". Fast forward the ACA allowed me to get insurence and I was so excited to be able to get a checkup that I didn't have to save a year for lol...I read that I could use patient first as my PCP until I found one. So I did. I did a full toes to nose and all the in between ans this patient first has been so kind. They were kind my first day visiting and kind each visit since. I still don't know what weird autoimmune issue causes my issues, but this location and its crew of amazing humans have been there for me.
Today.. I went because I found a lump right before the holidays. So here I was, not knowing how to tell my kids or what to do because holidays and doctors offices and appointment waits. So. I went to patient first and wow.. kind on kind on kind. They helped me navigate next steps and spoke to me like I'm human. I am so grateful to them and as I navigate changes in my life. I look forward to reminding these lovely humans how lovely they are.

Top notch staff and physicians. I have been her approximately 3 times in the past year and they have been awesome. My doctors office can't get me in as quickly as I can get an appointment here, so this has become my go to solution for urgent medical attention. Top Notch.

After waiting 2+ hours between the lobby and patient room, Dr Adam T. Faill ultimately ended up misdiagnosing my pneumonia (despite my symptoms lining up and my x-rays showing proof). I had to return a week later, after following his completely ineffective medication regimen, in order to see a different physician who provided a more proper treatment plan and diagnosis.

The truly infuriating part about all of this is that I received a co-pay bill (plus the cost of the initial useless round of medication) for BOTH visits. I called the facility to inquire about the justification for having me pay for a misdiagnosis, the facility then told me to call their central billing office, and the billing office then told me to contact Paul Reynolds (who apparently oversees such matters). Their reasoning for both bills was, to paraphrase, "despite the misdiagnosis, you were still technically seen."

Mr Reynolds said that the matter would be investigated and that I'd be contacted at a later time. I never heard back afterwards, but did receive a new bill in the mail (they put an initial hold on the first co-pay amount that I took issue with) so I guess I got my answer.

Ultimately, I'm just glad their incompetency affected me instead of someone in a much more vulnerable health state. I'd caution anyone about being seen by Dr. Faill or attempting to deal with this facility's purposely obtuse contact system.
