I just had the greatest experience ever!! I stopped in to pick up 2 Pork Butts to smoke on my smoker. My wife likes them to be boneless so I flagged down Mike in the meat department. Mike was super busy I could tell so I felt bad but he said no problem I will take care of it. 10 minutes he came out with perfectly shrink wrapped Pork Butts!!! Mike thanks so much!! I tried to tip him but he refused. He is a total class act. BJ’s thank you for employing awesome employees!!!

Easy parking, no long lines. I'm very happy to see they have gotten their bench back at the deli counter, I think it is helpful for customers having to wait a while. The employees at the Deli are very helpful and friendly. Some of your best people! ?

This Abingdon store is horrible! I drove an hour to buy a specific product that was in stock according to the app. When I got to the store it wasn't on the shelf. The guy at customer service said he had 90 in the back but wasn't willing to go back and get them for me. This is such poor customer service it's unreal. I'm definitely not renewing my membership to BJ's. This is my third and final similar experience here. They are extremely lazy. Sam's Club is a wayyy better experience! BJ's totally sucks!

This BJ’s is horrible I rather go fight the crowd a Walmart then get a membership with this BJ’s again. The line was to long wait for a cashier person and also everyone that I asked for help to find something they just ignore you. I get everywhere short staff but always help your customers with find something.

Great Service! My wife bought a recliner at the Abingdon store yesterday and I went to pick it up today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ben. He went above and beyond to help me remove the chair from the box and load it into my car without hesitation. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service! Thank you Ben!

Poor customer interaction. Brought to their attention that one of the employees almost hit a 94-year-old woman with his large cart (the one they use for curbside shoppers) and the person pushing the cart just kept going, the person standing there said reckless driving and chuckled, the manager was polite and apologize but still try to excuse his behavior. There is no excuse for poor judgment and not paying attention to the surrounding area because they are busy.
