Had a truly wonderful private yoga and consultation session with Sally! She is smart and kind and so insightful. Her knowledge and experience is vast and impressive, yet she is so pleasant to hang with and friendly. Not at all intimidating. Very practical which I so appreciate. I hope to join her group class when I can and take advantage of other services and professionals at this gem of a studio. Discovering and checking out Om Namo was a highlight of my weekend!

This is such an uplifting and safe space to care for your body and mind. The instructors are so knowledgeable about how to heal and prevent injury to the body and they bring such a warmth to every interaction. I feel stronger, more in-tune with my body and more able to manage stress when I make Om Namo a regular part of my routine.

Om Namo studio is fabulous. By far one of if not the best yoga studios that I have ever been to. The teachers are sensitive, compassionate, insightful and very skilled. They assist you in postures and there is tranquil music to help you find your still center and inner calm. It is so healing and very therapeutic. They also have amazing massage therapists, acupuncturists, Reiki practitioners and energy healers. I can't say enough about the place. The owner is awesome and it really is incredible. Wonderful people and an exceptional and caring studio.

For exceptional teachers knowleageable about body mechanics and mindfulness, NAMO never fails. For years, their classes (both in person and online) have helped me maintain health, ease stress, gain body awareness and build strength so I can continue the outdoor activities that I love. The instructors are deeply committed to continued learning, and to sharing this knowledge in a meaningful way with their clients, classes and the community. In no small way, OMNAMO has enhanced my wellbeing.

This is an excellent place to get a yoga tune up! My Iyengar style class with Sally soothes my mind . The management is responsive. The vibe is good!
