HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! My mom went in because she wasn't able to get out of bed for 6 days due to the fact that she was throwing up, had diarrhea, migraines, the whole 9 yards. When we first got there the nurse came in and had my mom sign papers to get xrays (we assumed it was chest xrays, until the nurse asked her which ankle hurts. Like WHAT) They accused her of being pregnant (even though she has her tubes tied). After almost 2 and a half hours they diagnosed her with a UTI! Nurses were extremely rude. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

I just had my first mammogram in over 10 years. Why so long? Well, because it was horrible and painful. TODAY, omg today was awesome! Franklin Hospital has the best machine in 150 mile radius that curves and it doesn’t hurt. Bonus: if you come in this month, October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, you get this cute little gift as a thank you.
The staff are amazing, caring, and helpful.

I understand why everyone was telling me to go to Herrin:
Horrible, horrible, horrible! Complete garbage service. I went into the clinic for a significant burn on my hand. The nurse was extremely lacking, first I asked her if she had scissors we could use to cut the dressing off, she said yes but didn't go to get them. She proceeded to PULL the dressing off, I had to ask her to stop in fear she would actually make it worse and did it more carefully, myself. It took about 20 minutes after that for the doctor to come in and examine it, to basically tell me to just keep doing what I'm doing and give me a prescription. I needed to fill out some paperwork; so the nurse came back in and just dropped it down she came back like 5 minutes later, seeing that I was struggling to write, she left the room again (you would assume that a compassionate, empathetic nurse would at least offer to help) The same nurse finally comes back in to wrap it back up. She cut the smallest piece of gauze and it just barely covered the burn, she attempted to put it on unsuccessfully multiple times, when she finally got it on (after I helped with my "good" hand) I had to ask her if we could also secure the brace so I couldn't bend my finger she literally said "if you want to" and all I could think is do you want me to further injure myself or do you only care about getting your paycheck?...her bandage kept falling off and I couldn't wait to get home and properly bandage it!
Fast forward to today I get a call to setup an appointment with wound care, how laughable! They really offered me an appointment 9 DAYS OUT...so with the weekend that makes it 11 days, it should be well on its way to healing and I am sure they're going to charge an arm and a leg for absolutely nothing, cuz really what are they going to do after 11 days ?

I'm a trucker, was parked taking my break at the Rend Lake rest area when I started experiencing EXTREME light sensitivity, could not even look at my phone on the lowest brightness with 2 pairs of sunglasses stacked on top of each other. As well as blurry vision and burning sensations. Called the ambulance and was taken to the Franklin Hospital ER on July 18th.

There was no wait time, doctor saw me right away and told me I had corneal abrasions due to my contact lens/solution. He gave me eyedrops and by the next day my vision was pretty much back to normal. The staff there, although I couldn't see them (lol), were all very kind and showed empathy towards my situation. I was discharged but had to wait around a few hours for a bus and multiple nurses would check up on me to see how I was doing, and even called the bus ahead of time to let me know they were almost here. They went above and beyond that day and I'm grateful for them.

The 2.7 star rating doesn't do them justice, that's why I decided to leave this review, your experience may vary, only real negative I have doesn't have to do with the ER, but the the area. There are no ubers, only way to get around is scheduling a bus, waited hours for it. Anyway thank you Franklin Hospital ER !

This was my first time in the ER and it was such a smooth process. The staff there are so kind and friendly. This was my first time in Benton and I was just here visiting for the weekend for a work event so needing to call the ER was scary to me since I was so far from home. The staff from the EMT and the staff in hospital made me feel calm and took care of me right away. Definitely exceeded my expectations and am grateful for everyone being so kind to me.

I give a 1 for the 2 good nurse an xray tech. Long story short was camping an rendlake felt sick decides try to drive home an I got super sick worse than why I left camping i bout passed out while driving I was able pull over to call 911 cops an ambulance got me they all was nice. In ambulance my BP was extremely high an I guess I blacked out few times from what I heard an did few more times in the e.r.. I was alert enough a few times to hear 1e.r nurse ask if I was given narcan other said no she states doesn't do drugs I hollered an said I don't drink or do drugs an well as I was being questioned by a woman I could barely answer an blacked out few more times nurse got me awake an I heard him tell someone to get the Doc in rt away he came an asked what was wrong I explained best I could an he turned to walk away an I heard him say of she goes out again give her narcan smh I DONT DRINK OR DO DRUGS which yesssss all that came back negative any from about 11p.m till 230 a.m I was alone no call light or anyone with me till nurse came in said everything was negative an fine an I could leave ( my clothes was messed up from throwing up all over myself they sent me on my way in a hospital gown to walk 20 minutes to my car little after 230a.m.. also e.r is super small no room for beds to b toted in halls bumped into everything an paint chipped everywhere super outdated.

My daughter went to the walk in today with her dad. He said the doctor nurses and staff were so kind and caring to her. I really appreciate them ❤️

Absolutely worst hospital. I highly recommend you do not have your primary care as doctor Harrison he's bad!
